A few days passed sense Isabella's birthday, Aurora left town fora few day but when she returned the Cullen's were nowhere to be found but Aurora did have a letter on the bed of Jasper apologizing for leaving Aurora cried for hours and thought about turning her emotions back off but knew that Jasper would never want that. Aurora returned to school only to have all the students staring at er with pity and to have Isabella bothering her to try and find the Cullen's which only resulted in Aurora drooping out of school and putting her focus on NiKlaus.
Speaking of Niklaus, once Aurora had returned from her trip outside of town her entire house was trashed and she knew somebody was in it right after Jasper had left. She tracked the trespasser down and discovered it was a vampire sired to Niklaus.
Aurora stood in a alleyway in Seattle holding a vampire by his throat with her eyes a bright yellow. "He'll find you.." the vampire managed to get out "I will make sure of it, he is tracking me as we speak." the young vampire says.
"Then all I have to do is make sure he does not find you love" the vampire scoffs.
"Go ahead and try" the vampire says and try's to grab her neck but Aurora grabbed his wrist and shattered it. The vampire let out a small scream. "You are no match for Klaus"
"Has Niklaus even said anything about me? Did he even give you the slightest bit of information about me?" The vampire chuckles "No, only need to make sure he know of your exact location I wasn't even sure you were still in Frocks when I trashed your house But I know it was you when I read the latter your boyfriend left you." Aurora tightens her grip on the vampire making it hard to breath "Let go" Aurora chuckle. She pulls the vampire away from the wall and throws him across the alleyway. She speeds to crouching down and grabs his neck again .She brings the now heal wrist up to er face and bits into it. She looks into the vampires eyes "Go find my brother tell him my location tell him exactly where I am.. but you will leave out anything to do with Jasper no matter how bad NiKlaus torturers you.. And if I were you I would hurry you only have until sunrise if that"Aurora says and disappears into the night.

October came around and passed and Niklaus had not shown up in Forks, Aurora however had encounter another sired vampire and did the same thing to him as the the one before, she only assumed neither of them made it back to Niklaus alive, Elijah however was not happy with his sister wanting Niklaus to find her so badly, he made himself at home at her home so he could keep and eye on her.
November
November also came and passed without a sign of Niklaus, Aurora however tried to contact with Jasper but to avail.
December
December passed and still no sign of her twin brother, Aurora contact with Jasper even Alice but to no avail. Everyday she went without Jasper more and more pain slowly started creeping its way into Aurora's chest but made sure that it was not not noticeable to her brother. Isabella had tried to contact Aurora also but Aurora ignored her.
January
She did not see Niklaus however more of his sired vampires showed up and all of them ended up dead.
February
Aurora and Elijah were in the woods tracking down giant paw prints, apparently humans were being attacked and killed by giant bears.
"Do you believe it is a bear?" Elijah asks
"No.. not with these paw prints
"Your probably right."
"It could be a giant dog or a giant werewolf who knows" A voice sayd from behind them
"Niklaus.." Elijah says and Nik smirks
"Brother...Sister"
"I was wondering when you would show up, do you have any idea how many of your vampires i sent back."
"Yes finally one showed up now tell me dear sister why give up so easily"
"I am tired of running from you, you have become just like Mikeal"
"I am nothing like him!"
"You are exactly like him." Niklaus breaks for a branch and speed to Elijah and stakes him, killing him.
"If I knew Elijah would be here then I would have brought a dagger, however this will have to do for now." He speeds to Aurora and grabs her by her neck "Do you know how meany of my men you killed"
"Probably all of them." Aurora chokes out "I lured you out here for a reason." Niklaus loosens his hold " Your curse can be broken, I Know were a doppelganger is."
"You lie!"
"I'm not I would not lie about something like this, Mikeal went to kill her but he was stopped."
"Where is she"
"Virginia..in Mystic Falls"
"When was she born"
"Shes not ready yet, she may not look like those bitches Tatia or Katerina yet but she will. Give it a few years"
"A few years? I hate waiting Aurora.." Niklaus says in a winning voice that almost made her smile and made her miss the brother she used to have.
" 2010 or eve 2009 that's not even a decade"
Niklaus pushes her away from him and says "If you are lying to me I will not hesitate to find a way to permanently kill you... I will despise you until I am a hybrid but I will leave you alone" then he disappears.
Aurora sits next to Elijah pulls the stack out and waits until he wakes up. A few minutes later Elijah shock his head and looked up at her "Aurora are you OK, what happen, did he hurt you, were is he."
"Elijah calm down he left I cut a deal with him."
"Do I what to know what this deal is"
"Elijah if he is not a hybrid in four years he will come for me... brother you must look for the doppelganger and keep her safe and if he comes for her kill him"
"All right sister I will find her and protect her" Aurora gives her older brother a hug and says " I trust you brother"
"I love you little sister"
Aurora reaches up and gives him a kiss on the cheek and whispers "I love you too brother and will miss you"
