Simon had a fascination for observing Baz, maybe it was just because of them previously being enemies but ever since they became boyfriends, this fascination became an obsession. Even right now.

Dark hair. Grey eyes. Lips with a perfect cupid's bow. And that cool and mysterious aura around him, which was the exact opposite of his personality. Like a friendly delinquent.

Baz was chewing on his pencil now. Eyes darting back and forth from the textbook to his notes.

"What's that?"

"Homework, Snow. Have you ever heard of it?" Baz rolled his eyes.

Simon sighed. He was sighing a lot these days. Ever since, he agreed to be Baz's boyfriend a week ago, he had expected Baz to be all over him. But currently, he was being ignored.

Why am I being like this? I'm like a jealous girlfriend. God.

"You know," Simon crept closer to where Baz was sitting on his bed, "ever since we started dating, nothing really changed."

Baz looked up. "What do you mean, nothing's ever changed?"

"Well, you still talk to me in total unnecessary sarcasm and I still try to prank you from time to time and aside from being roommates, we don't really have much in common."

Baz let go of his pen. Then, leaned back against the stack of pillows behind him.

After a few moments of silence, he put away his things and said, "Yeah, I guess. But we can change that you know. I mean, we should find interests we both like. Or like arrange dates or something."

"Huh?" Simon turned to him.

"This is me asking you out on a date, Simon." Baz smiled, a soft one, with no mischief at all.

"Well...yeah. Okay."

"Okay? That's all you have to say?" Baz asked. "Shouldn't you be like jumping up and down in excitement? After all, you are going out with the great Basilton Pitch. "

Simon laughed.

"What's so funny?" Baz was smirking now.

"It's just that, you being so egotistical is somehow endearing to me."
Baz laughed with him. After a few minutes, he gestured towards him.
"Come here, Snow."

Without thinking, Simon leaned down next to Baz. Baz then slowly put his arm around Simon's shoulders.

"Real smooth, Basilton"

Baz chuckled. "Aww, come on. Let's just stay like this."

So Baz scooted closer to Simon, close enough to smell his hair.

His hair always smells like lemons.

"Are you sniffing my hair?" Simon said.

"Yup, and it smells like lemons and good intentions."

"I thought you hated the smell of good intentions," Simon shook his head and tried to wriggle away.

"Stop doing that, Snow. You're ruining the moment." Baz held him closer and tighter.

"I'm gonna sleep on you, so stay still," he whispered.

"Eh? You can't do that! Baz? Are you listening!?" Simon protested, but it fell on deaf ears as Baz had already snored away to sleep.

Simon huffed, then stared at Baz's sleeping face. He looked so innocent when he was sleeping, with his long lashes against his cheeks and his soft breathing.
