Where am I?

You woke up in your room trying to remember how you got there. You looked around to see Shu sitting in your windowsill. He turned to look at you as a smirk grew on his face. You knew he was waiting for you to wake up to drain some of your blood. You decided not to fight him, so you walked over to him and sat on his lap. He chuckled at your actions.
"Are you going to bite my wrist or not!"
Shu was very surprised to hear your voice but immediately stated
"Someone's excited today, aren't they?"
His smirk grew a lot more and you just rolled your eyes at his remark and held your wrist towards him. He grabbed your arm but not with the usual force which freaked you out. Shu began to lick your wrist, then stared at you when he began to bite into your flesh, and smirked at seeing your pained expression. Reiji came crashing in screaming at Shu for not going to school, but I couldn't hear them because unbearable pain in your head made you scream. You became really dizzy and your vision started to blacken. The pain suddenly stopped and you felt fine but you realised you were alone in your room. You thought
'Oh gee thanks. I'd at least think you'd  care because of my blood.' You tried to get to sleep on your bed, as it was 11 in the morning and school was hours away. You did eventually get to sleep but it took hours and when you woke up it was 1 in the morning. You should have been in school is all you could think about, but you couldn't do anything about it now. So to clear your mind a little, you took a walk in the garden and stood to stare at the roses blooming. You then heard footsteps behind you and you quickly turned around in instinct, but nothing was there you thought. A voice behind you said
"I found you M-necko -chan"
You jumped and turned to see a blond boy with an earring in one of his ears. You start to stumble back but fall onto someone who called you 'sow' you didn't get a good look at him because someone grabbed your hand and started talking about something about smells all you thought is how to run away. You ran and got way from those 3 but another boy the one who called you Eve on the cliff top stood in your way. You were flustered and hadn't realised he had grabbed your arm and pulled you towards him but that's the last thing you remember
