OK so I watched the lion king and the part where mufasa died, I didnt really cry, I just didn't. Now you may think "oh you're heartless," get this I cried in the Steven universe episode Storm in the room.
Reason I think that I didn't cry is the fact that the movie didn't give you time to get attached to mufasa, but it gave you too much rime in su.
It may also be the fact that Steven saw his mom as a goddess but when saw her dark side his feelings just kinda came out and he's starting to question if his mom cares about him and asks his mom "Did you make me just to hide from your mistakes? Is that all I'm here for?". And what makes it really sadder is that this is the 1st time he spends time with his mom and he still doubts if that's the real her. An the last bit when rose hugged Steven and said " did you think all I said was a lie". Then Steven realised how lucky he is to have so much people there for him when he needs it really makes me cry.
But in the lion king it's just he fell off a cliff, he dies . the end.
Not really emotional.
Watch out Disney Steven universe may have lgbt characters but it also has everything that a great show has and has feelings that far surpass your dreams
Hey guys thanks for reading if you're wondering why there's so much grammatical errors here and in the last one is because I'm doing this in the middle of the night . also thanks for reading!
