*Can shoot electric energy and electrokinesis from his hands.

*Can turn his legs into a tail to swim.

*Can't survive long outside the water.
*The fire and the heat dry up very fast.
*Any insulating material can cancel his electrical attacks.
*He can't absorb electrical energy, just eject.
