*Can connect himself to machines and then control them via technokinesis.
*It can become ball charged with electricity, able to steal at extreme speed and run over enemies and obstacles.
*He can take people with him when wheel.
*Has sharp claws.
*It can be launched like a meteor from space to earth and withstand the impact.
Weaknesses:
*Sometimes can't control himelf when it rolls into a ball.
*In his bipedal form, it is very clumsy and heavy.
*Is possible to absorb the electricity from his generators that feed him.
