Nyesha's POV

Ever since I had that dream I stayed away from Jordan. He texted, called, skyped, instagramed and even came over to Dustin's house to see if I was there. I kinda feel bad for cutting him off but it's for the best, if I wanna stay safe I'm gonna have to be far away from him. Ever since I stayed away from Jordan, me and Dustin's relationship has been amazing. Everyone's talking about how we kiss to much but whatever. His hoes at school have been giving me looks but I really don't care and my basketball skills have improved by 15%, so im really excited for the Championship game in June.

3 Months Later~ (March~Friday)

I got my house back and i was so excited . Dustin was kinda sad that i had to go back home but it had to happen sometime. So far me and Dustin's relationship has been amazing. Every morning I have a "Good morning beautiful" text and every night I have a "Good Night babe, think of me :)" text. Its kinda like were not dating which is one of the things I really love because I didn't want it to be awkward. I really think I'm falling for Dustin hard and i may just tell him I'm in love with him.But anyways back to today, Today was the day i met Jacob Latimore and he was soooooooooo damn fine but since Dustin didnt trust me he came with me to meet him. After we met him we got ready for the trail and Dustin was super nervous.

Me: Dustin, stop pacing up and down

Dustin: sorry Nye its just that I really nervous, I could go to jail

Me: Dustin your not going to jail, because you didn't do anything wrong and your gonna win this case then were gonna get me a burger

Dustin: Thanks for the support babe

At the Courtroom

When we got there Dustin was starting to look pale so I squeezed his hand for reassurance that it was gonna be okay.

Bailiff: All rise. (Wait for everyone-except the judge- to stand) Department One of the Superior Court is now in session. Judge Singh presiding. Please be seated.

Judge: Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Calling the case of the People of the State of Canada versus Dustin Watts, Tyronne Jenkins and.... Janessa your back again

Janessa: this time it wasn't my fault

Judge: Are both sides ready?

District Attorney: Ready for the People, Your Honour.

Public Defender: Ready for the defense, Your Honour

Judge: Will the clerk please swear in the jury?

Clerk: Will the jury please stand and raise your right hand? (Wait for everyone to stand).Do each of you swear that you will fairly try the case before this court, and that you will return a true verdict according to the evidence and the instructions of the court, so help you, God? Please say "I do". [Wait for jurors to say "I do."] You may be seated

Deputy DA: [Stand up and talk to the jury.] Your Honor and ladies and gentlemen of the jury: the defendant has been charged with the crime of having an unlicensed gun in possession, Possession of firearm with intent to endanger life and on that same night resisting arrest. The evidence will show that these three people came to an abandon building were my clients were working and shot innocent people. The defendant's fingerprints were on the guns left behind. The evidence I present will prove to you that the defendant is guilty as charged.
