Then I grabbed my keys, phone, and backpack. I went downstairs. I skipped breakfast, and got in my car. Ross broke up with me about 5 and a half months ago. He was moving, and he knew I couldn't handle long distance relationships. We agreed if we saw eachother again in the future, were both single, and knew he was staying long term, then we would try with our relationship again. It sucked, but It was what's best. For both of us. I got to school, and parked my car. I saw Violet. "Hey bitch!" I said. "Heyy!!" She said. We walked inside, and immediately we both walked to our first class because we were gonna be late.
Next period I walked out of the locker room after changing into my normal clothes, and to nialls classroom. He saw me, and I could tell his breath hitched. "Morning.." He said. "Morning." I said, and walked into his class. I sat down in front with Violet. The bell rang, and everyone was in class. Briana sat down. I glared at her. I can't believe she was still here. You'd think that bitch would move schools and finally learn her lesson. Guess she never will. Niall started teaching the class. "Goodmorning class, as you know in two weeks we have our talent show." He said. I smiled widely. I'd been practicing for this talent show since last years show. I was so excited. I already had a bunch of songs prepared, and I had to choose just one even though I mastered all. "I have a request from the principle." Niall said. "Miss hope will you please stay after class." Niall said. I nodded. Soon the bell rang and I stood up. "Miss Alyssa Jay River Hope, the principle has requested you sing not one but two songs for the talent show. He says you are one of the best singers at this school, and that college scouts will be attending this years talent show. He believes you have a great future ahead, and would like to help promote you." Niall said. "Really?!" I asked, excitedly. I hugged Violet. "Vi! My dream might come true!" I said. "Congrats lyss!!" She said, excitedly. "What songs are you gonna sing?" Niall asked. "Listen, and love on top!" I said. "Fuck yes! You sound amazing in those!!" Violet said. "I wrote a song, I don't know if I'm gonna sing it for the talent show though." Niall said, nervously. "Cool, what's it called?" I asked. "H-Half a heart.." he said. "How does it go?" I asked. "Why don't I just play it for you after school...?" He asked, a glimmer of hope in his eyes. "Uh...." I said. I looked at Violet. She shrugged. "Sure.." I said, hesitantly. His face lit up. "Okay." He said. I nodded, me and Violet walked to our next class.
