The Routine

This routine is based on the one I do during school breaks.

1.Get up nice and early.

2.Take a shower or clean your face thouroughly with warm or cold water and facial scrub. Also, clean your teeth!!

3.Do some exercises,eg.

Swinging arms,different stretches,lunges,squats.

4.Go downstairs and have a healthy breakfast,e.g

Cereal,fruit,toast,bacon,yogurt ect.

5.Go outside and play sports or if its bad weather,plan something with friends or whatever you fancy.
