Hi there. Please be sure to vote comment and fan. It makes me smile.  Check out the song on the side I love it and I put it in the story. You can't help but love T. Swift. This is more about learning about Nicole's personality than anything really.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Nicole's point of view.

I woke up the next morning and looked at my phone it was 8:46 I was late for school. I dressed in a hurry and  brushed my hair and teeth, then rushed off to put my shoes on.

"Nicole, where are you going?" My mom called from the kitchen counter that I had rushed by.

"School," I said. I skidded to a halt. "Wait....I don't have school today, do I?" I asked. She laughed and shook her head no. I groaned. "What day is it?"

"Sunday," she answered. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and headed back into my room. Now that I knew that I had the time to get ready I was going to savor the chance to get clean. That was one thing that I hated about traveling, how gross you felt when you actually got to your destination.

I showered and scrub myself with Punk Chiffon body wash from Bath and body. When I got into my room I put on the matching lotion and took my time getting dressed in form fitting jeans and a cute shirt from Pacsun. I brushed and blow dried my hair. I was glad that I had thought to send a box of beauty products ahead with some of the furniture. I brushed my teeth and quickly applied mascara before I left the bathroom.

"Morning," I said as I walked past my mom again. Only this time I was fully awake. I went to look in the refrigerator and found it completely empty except for a carton of baking soda in it. My stomach moaned in protest needing food right away.

"Nikki, can you go to the store and buy some food," my mom asked smiling. I rolled my eyes of course she was waiting for me to get up and want food. We both had that in common, when it wasn't necessary or for work we would put something off until someone else would do it. I thought about complaining and making her do it, but my stomach twisted demanding I go.

I grabbed the keys to the rental car off the counter and went to find a sweat shirt. I was used to warm weather. "Can I have some mon-," before I even got it out my mom handed me a wad of cash.

I got into the car and turned on the radio. I always thought that the first song that you heard would set the tone for what kind of day you were going to have. If it was a happy up beat song, a good day. A romantic song, you would find a new guy, if it was a sad song, just turn it in and go back into bed and so on.

I couldn't help but smile when Ours by Taylor Swift came on. So maybe I'll met a new, well old I guess, guy.

-----

I got a front row parking space at the local grocery store. I believe that if you keep thinking you are going to get the front row you will, I learned that from my grandpa. Well my mom did and I learned it from her, but in a round about way I learned it from him.

I grabbed a shopping cart and went to find something that I could eat when I walked around. I went and grabbed a box of strawberries knowing that they would all be gone by the time I checked out. I munched on my breakfast and I loaded the cart up with more fruit and plenty of vegetables. When I finished with that I went and grabbed some cereal and other healthy food.

My friends from my last school had gotten me into eating healthy stuff. When ever I went to their house all they had was healthy stuff and it gave me a lot more energy and made me feel better. I just got in the habit of buying it, it sure did help that it also made me lose weight. Not that I was that heavy to start with.

I went from aisle to aisle looking for the yummiest healthy food I could find. I stopped in front of the bread looking for the kind we usually got. I couldn't find it and I was starting to wonder if they didn't have it here. I stood there for a few minutes searching the shelves. Just when I found it and started reaching for it my hand collided with someone else's.

"Oops, sorry," I said and looked up into the familiar face of one of my old crushes James, I liked him but not to the same level of crush as Brandon. He had short buzzed dirty blonde hair and brown eyes that I knew could give puppy dog eyes perfectly. He had filled out more since last time I saw him he was thin and tall now he was muscular and still a few inches taller. I smiled and wondered if he remembered me.

"James?" I asked hoping it wopuldn't seem that obvious that I recognized him right away. He looked at my face for a few seconds. I could tell right away when it clicked.

"Nicole, is that you?" He said. I shivered, his voice had deepened up a lot since the last time I talked to him. I smiled and nodded.

"It's good to see you." I hugged him.

"Since when have you been back?" he asked. I was already getting bored of people asking me that and he was the first person to ask so far.

"Last night, I had to come get food because we have none." No dip Sherlock why would I go to the grocery store if we had all the food we needed.

"It doesn't look like you were eating where ever you went." He looked me up and down and I help back another shiver. "I think I should make sure you are eating right." I looked him in the eyes and held his gaze.

"Are you asking me out?" I asked.

"It all depends," he replied.

"On what?"

"Whether you are going to say yes or not," he answered cockily.

"Then I think we have a date," I told him and grabbed the bread.

I hoped you like it sorry its still short just wanted to get it up faster.
