~Edward Nygma's POV ~

It's noon here in Gotham and today I actually have to work for the mayor - Oswald Cobblepot - and not at the GCPD so I'm sitting in my office , focused on going over Oswald's speech for something when someone comes up from behind me and kisses my cheek , I jump and turn around to see none other than my lovely Kristen Kringle standing there , holding something behind her Back " what you got there honey ?" I ask , she takes a seat beside me , on the other chair " just a lil somethin' for my Eddie " she says with a teasing smile tugging at her beautifully soft lips , I have to restrain myself from kissing her right here " what would that be then beautiful?" I ask further, knowing that she loves to tease me with gifts " what ya gotta do it get it ?" She asks , taking me back I stare at her for a moment is she really being seducive towards me or is that just my imagination? " oh I know " I say pulling her into a good long kiss while I figure this out, she pulls away a few moments after " here you go " she says handing me a box , I smile at her and open it " oh Kristen........ it's the one I wanted!" I say taking out the black tie with green question marks covering it , I put the box and tie down, pulling her close by surprise and picking her up ' bridal style ' and carrying her to a room she's never seen before " Eddie ? Where are we going?" She asks with a laugh, I smirk " somewhere." Is all I say as I kick open the door to " your bedroom." Kristen says , I nod as I place her down on the bed , she smiles and stands back up ( much to my annoyance) and walks over to me " Eddie " is all she says , pulling me down a few inches by my green blazer , I smile and kiss her , wrapping my arms around her small waist, and slowly walking backwards until I can push her onto the bed , me following her " Kristen " I state taking her glasses off as she does mine , then she smiles again ( from what I can see without my glasses) and kisses me again, pulling all my weight on her . It doesn't take long for things to get heated between us , we're both practically undressed well except for our undergarments, I begin to kiss her shoulder, making her giggle when I hear the door open , I instantly pull away from her , Kristen and I gasp and Kristen pulls the blanket over us more than it was " oh ....... whoops ......sorry edd-" is all Oswald can say before I glare at him " get OUT Oswald!" I snap , he does ever so quickly, slamming my door shut behind him , I turn back to Kristen " sorry babe " I say, she nods as she runs a hand through my hair , I pull her in for a French kiss , letting my hands slide down her beautiful figure , her free hand resting on my chest as she adjusts herself slightly under me , but never breaking the kiss that is until I hear a knock at the door , I pull away , groaning I turn to the door " come in Oswald " I recognized his knock " I came in before to tell you that we have lunch with a few important people who as of now will be here any moment. I hate to tell you two to break it up but it's going to have to wait for later . " I nod , he leaves , as he closes the door I get up , Kristen sitting up , she can probably tell I'm not happy about this " I'm so sorry baby . I didn't even know about this supposed lunch arrangement." I say sliding my green dress pants back on , she smiles at me , not at my face anyhow , I thought she was looking where I desperately hoped she wasn't looking if ya know what I mean " what are you smiling at ? " I ask picking up my belt off the floor " your waist." She says , I straighten up and look at her completely confused " excuse me ? Kristen that is the weirdest thing you have ever said to me " I say feeling my cheeks get hot from embarrassment as I begin to button up my crisp white button up shirt " honestly Eddie , I am in love with your waist . Don't ask me why , I just am " Kristen replies still looking at my waist ! " Kristen that's-" I was cut off at Tabithas " there here ed " I shout a "thanks tabby " and throw on my matching green blazer , Kristen gets up and comes over " let me fix your shirt " she says , I stop bending down to get my blazer when she tucks in my shirt

Let her touch our waist more than she was with those long legs of hers

" ed ? Eddie ?" Kristen asks , waving a hand in my face " sorry hon , that ' other ' voice again " I say as she takes my hair brush and fixing my hair" go get your new tie. I'll do it up for you " she says handing me my glasses, I put them on , and ran downstairs, grabbing my tie and shoes , ran back to my room where Kristen was already dressed , Barbra had just finished fixing her hair into a none frizzy mess " here ." I say handing Kristen my tie , she quickly puts it one and tucks it in my vest then handing me my blazer, I throw it on then my shoes , Barbra pats my shoulder and adds that I can bring Kristen down with me , so I do . We walk into the dinning hall , everyone smiles at us and greets us , as lunch is served, I take a seat beside Oswald, Kristen on my right as the lunch meeting starts .
