Thank you for reading "Ethereal", I truly hope you enjoyed it as much as I did writing this piece.
In addition to the story, "Ethereal" Takes place in the childhood days of Jason and Emily to the early chapters of the story "The Rendezvous", so you could say that this short story is a 'prologue' to "The Rendezvous". Still, it can be read either way.
And if any of you were wondering, Jason Fray, is inspired by the character 'Lovino Vargas' from the webcomic series/ anime series "Axis Powers Hetalia" hence the similarities in appearance and attitude. Arthur Taylor, whom will be further introduced in "The Rendezvous" was also inspired by 'Arthur Kirkland' from the same series.
I'm sorry that I can't provide a better ending to this story. If you were to create the ending, what will it be? What would you do if you were in Jason's place? What are your thoughts on the piece? In all honesty, this story was kind of rushed so there might be things that I might've missed, any tips? Constructive criticism is always welcome!
