Johanna's hands shook in nervousness and excitement .

Finally , Johanna thought as she cleaned the needle .
She has a chance to not grow up crying at her reflection and be jonnthan for the rest of her life .
It is also the first day Johanna is going to school dressed like herself .
She smiled at her outfit of a black circle skirt , Royal blue cardigan sweater , black tights and black bow toe flats .
Hopefully the kids at her school won't bully her more .
