Max's POV
I stood there so confused. Why did she run? Did I do something wrong? I ran out the door and looked down the long street. No one... Not a single person out. I sat on her doorstep and cried.
"Bro what's wrong?" I look up from my knees and see Harvey.
"Riley ran away. I don't know where she went." I cried more into my curled up body.
"Have you tried Snapchat maps?" He questioned me.
I beam with joy and automatically go to Snapchat. I pull up her bitmoji and see her person. I run as fast as I could go I ran.
Riley's POV
I look around my surroundings to see where I am. I can't recognize any of my surroundings. I found an old park so I start walking there. I guess it's abandoned. I look around it I see broken swings and rusted slides. I see an old broken bench so I go to sit there.
"Riley! Come back!" Max said.
I snapped my head behind me and see Max. I run towards him and give him the biggest hug I could.
"Now let's go home. This place is creepy." Max said.
We both laugh and start walking home with our hands intertwined. Why did I bother to run away? I still don't know. It all just seems like a fairytale, it's seems so good to be true.
