I Just Can't Stop Loving You (Tony Perry)

I finish straightening my hair and I spray some hair spray then I make my way downstairs

"You look hot" Tony smiles as he checks out my black dress

"Thanks" I smile as I plant a kiss on his cheeks 

"No sleeping with strippers" I warn as I grab my bag 

"Same for you" 

"I'll see you tomorrow Mr. Perry"

"And I'll see you tomorrow Mrs. Perry" 

I smile at him and leave closing the door behind me 

"Finally didn't you hear us beeping the horn for the past 5 minutes" Juliet mutters from the limo

I roll my eyes knowing damn well they just arrived and the horn went off just before I walked out the house. 

"Hey girls I smile at everyone as I take my seat"

"Now the bride to be is finally here let's start this party" Jess cheers as she pops open a bottle of champagne

We all clink our glasses together and take a sip of the refreshing drink. The journey to the club was mostly pre-drinking and catching up with everyone who I haven't seen in a while.

3 hours later

We have a private VIP area of the club that has a lot of alcohol which explains why I am a little drunk.

"Did someone say you can throw a party in my town?"

The girls all cheer and I lean forward to see who has arrived.

Cowboy Sheriff.  Ashley Purdy dressed as a cowboy sheriff to be precise.

Who the hell hired a stripper and who the hell hired Ashley to be it.

He walks over and smirks at me "I hear you're the one running this party"

"Nope" I chuckle as I take another sip of my drink

He takes his cowboy hat off placing it on my head as he starts to dance in rhythm with the song that's playing.

All the girls are loving it but to be honest I'm not. This is Ashley for crying out loud, we actually have history.

Once the whole thing was over I go to the bar to get another drink and a tequila shot to get over that whole experience.

"Heeyyyy" Ashley slurs taking a seat next to me

"Of course you would manage to get drunk within an hour" I laugh

"So did you like the show?"

"Yeah" I lie because he's drunk and it's just easier.

"So it has changed your mind then?"

"About?"

"leaving Tony for me"

"I would never leave Tony. You're not ready to settle down"

"You never gave me the chance"

"Ashley you asked me out on a date then later that night before we left Chicago I caught you making out with some chick against the back of the bus"

"It was a mistake"

"We're better off as friends. I'm marrying Tony"

"I'll  prove it"

"What the hell?" I speak loudly pushing him away from going to kiss me.

He wasn't expecting to be pushed away and ended up falling off the seat which caused attention.

"What happened?" Juliet asks laughing seeing Ashley on the floor.

"I'm going home"

"It's not time yet though"

"I just want to go home" I grab my bag and leave ignoring everyone as I'm in the process of booking an Uber.

"Hey" Juliet sighs standing in the doorway of my room.

"Hey" I reply as I drink my water continuing to watch my movie

"Ashley told us what happened" she speaks also laying on my bed and petting Pizza

"He's drunk and probably realizing how much of a player he is."

"He does feel bad you know"

"Well so he should"

"Come downstairs, we all got Netflix set up and we got a load of pizza"

I didn't take much persuading as soon as pizza was mentioned I turned my tv off and go downstairs with Juliet.

I go into the back garden with the dogs as it's time to go to bed soon, tomorrow is the day I've been waiting for since forever. I'm excited to see what the future has in store for us. 

I'm finally going to be Mrs. Perry.
