I Just Can't Stop Loving You (Tony Perry)

Emily's POV; 

I was in the middle of cooking food then I see Tony walking in with a worried face "um Em, could you make enough food for 2 extra people?"

"Yeah I've cooked more than enough here, why?"

"Umm Jaime is coming with someone"

"Who?"

"His daughter"

I drop the spatula into the frying pan and turn to look at him with wide eyes and my mouth half open. 

"He didn't know about her until yesterday"

"Wow Jaime is a Dad, is he able to manage that?"

"I think he'll do fine he haven't told Jessica? Though"

"Who's the mother"

"Around 4 years ago they broke up, they both ended up sleeping with some one else to get back at one another. But they both didn't feel right and got back together, that girl he slept with who he never named apparently left town a few months later. Guess we now know why"

The doorbell rings and Tony goes to get it whilst I start playing up food. 

"Hey" Jaime smiles 

"Hey" I smile back and once I place the last 2 plates on the table I kneel down "and who's this pretty little girl?" I smile asking the little brunette who's half hiding behind his leg 

"I'm Bella and I'm three years old but I'm turning 4 in a few weeks" she smiles holding up 3 fingers

"Wow, are you hungry?"

"Yeah, Daddy wouldn't let me eat his cookies" 

"Well we got some cookies you can have after" 

She smiles brightly and climbs up onto the closest chair

After food

Bella is on the floor playing with her stuffed animals whilst we're all sat on the couches.

"So how did you find her?" Tony asks 

"I got a phone call from a children's home"

"What happened to her Mom?" I ask 

"She was battling cancer but lost. She got put into the home until they was able to track me down"

"That's so sad, at least she has you though"

"Yeah, I already love this kid and I've only known her a few hours. I was freaking out about telling Jess as you know we're looking at moving in together"

"How did she take it?"

"Surprisingly great, she said she'll look at bigger houses instead."

"Well that's great" I smile 

Tony's POV;
Me and Jaime are sat here currently watching Emily playing with Bella and her stuffed animals. 

"Rawr Lion if gonna get you" She smiles whilst making the lion stuffed toy chase the elephant one that's Bella currently laughing and moving out the way

"Think I've just found a babysitter, she's great with her" Jaime chuckles

"Yeah, she is" I smile

"So when will you two have one?"

"I won't know, I can't wait for when we do though. She's going to be an amazing mother" 

Shortly afterwards they leave and Emily came and curled up to my side "she's adorable isn't she?"

"Yeah but not as adorable as you"

"Cheese" she laughs 

"You was great with her, I feel like you'll be the favourite auntie"

"I've had practice with my cousin"

"Kayleigh? Do you hear from her now?"

"Of course not, last I heard she was living in Ohio with 5 kids, that was 2 years ago so probably add another kid or two now"

"It's a shame she went off the rails"

"Yeah, hopefully she will become more stable one day"

"Hopefully, do you want to watch a movie?"

"Sure, what movie?"

"You can pick"

She goes and looks at all the movies then puts one in which turns out to be Billy Madison, such a good movie. And that's how we spend the rest of the afternoon just binge watching Adam Sandler movies.
