Matt had just escaped from the Galra Prison and had hijacked a ship.He was wearing basically rags:a black long sleeved shirt under a ripped purple one,and a mouth guard over his mouth and nose.He held the staff the Galra had given him to fight with in his right hand.He flew the ship onto a seemingly deserted planet and hid behind what looked like a castle.
