Appearance : glistening long white hair and porcelain skin with big sherbet pink eyes and long eyelashes. She has an hourglass figure and shes really pretty and cute
History : when miyuki was born her parents abandoned her and left the village. The orphanage took her in but didn't like her because of her powers and called her a freak of nature.
There was no ice dragon before her and she was born the same day yona was born so shes the same age . The villagers thought of her as a curse and banished her to the snowy mountains
