Miyuki was an orphan despised by her village no one ever liked her no one ever talked to her because she was the ice dragon but despite all that she still trie...
The group now travelled towards the location of the blue dragon. The memory of last nights events still fresh in their minds.
After discovering that the female ice dragon didn't have parents whilst growing up, kija took it upon himself to explain to somethings she missed out on during her childhood.
"So basically parents take care of you and love you"
"Love, what is love?"she asked him. The others that had nothing to do and where listening to the conversation.
"Well" kija started confidentially "love is...l-love is...i-its...." And the he started to blush like a tomato
"white snake what are you going to do now? Your pupil is asking you a question" hak teased him as kija fell to the ground muttering something on the lines of "i failed"
Miyuki who now lost interest in the conversation stood next to yoon and asked "where are we going?"
"Hmm o-oh we're going to find the blue dragon, by the way can you sense him?"
"Blue dragon?" She cocked she head to the side
'Cute' yoon blushed "n-never mind"
~time skip after a whole bunch of searching~
It was currently nightfall and the group was just finished having dinner after a long search for the blue dragon. In the end yoon revealed that there might be people living in the mountains and they decided to head there first thing in the morning. They were currently deciding were to sleep.
"I'm sleeping next to hak"
The poor guy nearly chocked on his spit
"What? No, why me?"
"Because you look comfortable enough to sleep with" she deadpanned
Haks cheeks tinted red 'is she really that dense?"
The other two males that were in hearing range could literally feel arrows being shot in their hearts as miyuki laid down
'Why does my heart hurt?' Ignoring the feelings in their hearts they went to bed
Yona settled down with yoon claiming that he was really warm and the perfect snuggle buddy. Meanwhile kija left to go sit behind a tree and try to sleep with all the bugs around
~time skip~
It was in the middle of the night. Miyuki had head snuggled in haks chest as she slept silently. Hak who couldn't sleep because of certain circumstances, watched over the group as they slept, occasionally glancing at the petite girl in his arms.
The warmth she was emitting traveled through his body as his heart fluttered and butterflies formed in his stomach 'Dammit' he thought glancing down at her serene face. Her soft lips were slightly parted breathing evenly, rendering him incapable of looking away
'Argh i need to clear my head' hak needed to get up and get some fresh air-which was kind of ironic considering he was outside.
The only reason he didn't have those thoughts earlier was the fact that he found kija's war with the bugs, funny but now not even kijas occasional shrieks of help couldn't distract him from his thoughts so he need to move somewhere else.
He slowly got up trying to not wake miyuki up but he underestimated her and the next thing you know miyuki was stirring awake. Quickly not wanting to be caught hak laid down and pretended to be asleep.
When miyuki woke up she wasn't expecting to see haks face right in front of her so when she did her heart skipped a beat as she looked at his supposedly sleeping face-though she never knew why- then realising her position she got off him flustered-again she didn't understand why she was reacting like that.
Miyuki looked at him admiring his features that seemed to glisten in the moonlight. Something about him drew her towards him as she unconsciously slowly closed the distance between his and her face. Hak on the other hand could almost feel her penetrating gaze as she slowly creeped towards his face. Gulping he could already feel his face heat up. He didn't know what to do so he just sat there still pretending to be asleep.
'What is she planning on doing?what should i do?should i pretend to wake up but then it would be really awkward.ARGHH. Wait. Don't tell me is she planning on kis-'
"Boop"
Miyuki giggled lightly. She didn't know why but she just had the sudden urge to touch his nose. Throughout the day hak always kept his guard up so maybe it was because he looked so vulnerable. She laughed lightly under her breath trying not to wake up the others. She even swore she saw haks eyebrows twitch in annoyance but didn't get much time to ponder over the thought as she heard kija yelp.
Miyuki then left haks side to go check up on kija leaving the beast to his thoughts.
'Why would i think that way of course she wouldn't kiss me , wait i just met her......oh well I'm probably just tired ' shaking his head lightly to rid himself of his thoughts. he forgot all about soo won as he slept peacefully for the first time in a really long time.
