After a few hours, mugs fell asleep. Which was good cause he needed his rest. I still didn't know how high his fever was...heck I didn't think to check! I started looking for a thermometer, I found one after about 5 minutes of looking. I put it in mugs mouth and waited for it to beep. After a minute I heard it beep and took it out of mugs mouth, I went wide eyed when I looked at the numbers, "101.2". Oh no....i thought to myself as I went and got a cold wet cloth for mugs forehead in hopes that it would help lower his fever. After a few minutes I could feel the cloth start to get warm again, I got up and got a bucket of cold water so I wouldn't half to keep getting up, cause I knew I would be there a while.
