perfection. that's what chance saw when he looked at charlotte. as she stood putting more weight on her right leg, she had a pair of white high top converse on along with a plain tan skater dress, wearing minimal makeup done by kaitlyn and her hair in slight waves cascading down her back. she fiddled with her fingers as one by one the boys walk into the room and she felt the eyes on her body. as she slowly looked up she saw chance being the only person out of the many people in the room, staring right back at her.

with his mouth slightly open ajar, he starts to walk towards the young girl and slowly while staring at her beautiful brown eyes, he grabs each of her hands and says softly so nobody else could hear, "you look absolutely amazing." for the first time since they met he saw a genuine smile come from her and it made him want to jump up and down knowing he is the one who placed it on her face. her cheeks start to warm up and she can feel the blush rising to her face. just before she could answer him with a thank you, michael rushes over and wraps his broad arms around her shoulders. "you look beautiful charlie." he said so sincere. "thank you michael." she stated while still eyeing chance from the side. he had a slight smirk on his face as he walks back to the other boys.

after a few compliments here in there to each other, they all finally left for dinner. as they got there, there was assigned seats for everyone. charlotte was on the right side and right in the middle of michael and the man himself, chance perez. she also sat across tim davis and brady. she say quietly for most of the dinner until she heard a tinkering of glass. she glanced over to the left and noticed her mother rising from her chair. "attention everyone, i have an announcement!" her mother spoke broadly with a pearly white smile on her face.

oh dear god what is my mother doing charlotte thought to herself as she took a look at michael who was listening intently to his mom. "as you all know, my sweet baby girl was brought home to us a few days ago and i love the connection her and her big brother share. that's why my husband and i decided that, she will be going on tour with you guys!" she spoke enthusiastically. most of the boys got happy and joyful and michael was just smiling super bright. charlotte on the other hand, not too amused. she nods softly as she can feel the piercing eyes on her so she slowly brings her head down to stare into nothingness. she starts to play with the hem of her dress and her fingers when she soon notices a large hand sneak its way into her lap. she looks to her side and sees michael talking to drew about something. so she soon understands that it's chance trying to hold her hand. she peeks up and he isn't even looking at her he is absentmindedly reaching for her delicate hand.

all of the sudden chance gets chills. like literal shivers, why that? because he felt sparks. the girl of his dreams held his hand when she won't talk to anyone else and he's never been more ecstatic.
