President's POV-

They arrived at here ten minutes later. William carefully carried her out of the car and gently set her down on the stretcher.

"Thank you," I said to William. I saw in his eyes that he cared a lot for her. We rushed her inside and took her to surgery.

She was about to put under anesthesia but then she said, "Wait!"

"What is it Trinity?" I asked.

"The guy planted a tracking device on me, that's how he found out about us," I said.

"Okay, I will tell them about it," I said. I grabbed her hand and gave it a tight squeeze when she was put under. I kissed her on the forehead and left to go talk to William.

William's POV-

"Is she alright?" I asked as soon as the president walked in.

"Yeah, they just put her under," the president said.

"I know that you care about her a lot," the president said.

"How-" I started to say but then I was cut off.

"-The way you looked at her was undeniable," the president said.

"Are you okay with me and her being together?" I asked.

"Just don't hurt her," the president said.

I took a deep breath and said, "Thank you".

A few hours later the doctor walked into the room.

"She's fine, we managed to remove the bullet and the tracking device," the doctor said.

"What tracking device?!" I asked shocked. She never told me about it.

"They guy who kidnapped her planted a tracking device a long time ago," the president said. Poor Trinity.

"Can we go see her?" I asked.

"Yeah she should wake up in an hour or so," the doctor said.

"Folow me," the doctor said. I followed him down the hall into one of the rooms where Trinity was lying on the bed.

"Hey, it's me, William," I said.

"I know you probably don't hear me but, i'm really sorry," William said. I buried my head in my arms holding her hand.

"It's not your fault," Trinity said.

"Yeah it is-- Wait! What?" I said shocked. Trinity woke up.

"I'm so glad you are alright," I said.

The doctor walked in, "You're awake, William, I think we should let her get some rest".

"Okay, bye Trinity," I said sadly. She waved and I left the room.
