1.) Open ES file explorer and click the three vertical lines on the left side

3.) Find the font that you want to add on picsart (make sure it's ttf) and press it a little long. Click menu >> extract to

( Again, it depends on where your picsart is installed, mine is on my sd card so I chose that)
