Life for Petra hadn't been that great.
She'd been bullied since she started school, for little things. When she was younger, they didn't get to her that much. But she's fifteen and she is more sensitive and the spiteful words and looks get to her more. She's been told she has paranoia, anxiety, and the worst one, depression. It ate away at the young red head like a ravenous dog and a slab of meat. It wouldn't stop until it was satisfied with the damage. And the damage was the worst thing. When she was twelve, her parents, Levi and Eren, took her to New York. She kept looking over the edge whilst her mind had a war deciding if she should jump or not. She tried to, but Levi stopped her and they went straight home with Eren holding the distraught red head in his arms. The two weren't sure what was wrong. They took her to the doctors and they told her parents about her illnesses. Ever since that day, they've always made sure she was out of danger.

"Petra. Can you translate this sentence please?" Levi asked the class. He'd got a job at Petra's high school as a French teacher.
"J'aime au foot." Petra replied.
(I love football... I think?)
"Good. Okay, the next one Sasha?"

"Petra. Could you stay behind after class please?" Levi said. The class snickered and one girl piped up and said
"Aw is daddy gonna give you a kiss and cuddle to stop you from crying like a bitch? Aw bless little baby, it's okay daddy's here." The blonde said.
"ENOUGH!" Hanji yelled. She came storming into the class after hearing the comment, just before Levi was about to possibly murder the brat and dump her body where she wouldn't be found.
"I heard that comment. And why did you feel the need to say that?!" Hanji basically screamed at the now petrified girl.
"I- er, u didn't um, m-mean to s-say that. S-sorry m-miss." The girl said.
"I'm not the one you should be apoligizing to. Say it to Petra and Mr Rivaille before i put you in detention for the rest of the semester!" Hanji shouted. She always protected Levi and Petra, as she knew how tough it was to have your parent work at your school.
"Sorry." The blonde said. Hanji looked over towards Levi and Petra, and Levi looked like he wanted so badly to say no, and expel her, but he just nodded his head to not cause any more trouble. Whereas Petra on the other hand, was shaking her head. "What?" The blonde said. "I'm not accepting your apology." She said quietly. "But why?" The girl replied. "BECAUSE YOU HAVE SAID IT SO MANY TIMES, BUT HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU ACTUALLY MEANY IT? NON!" Petra screamed. Everyone gasped in shock, but the red head carried on. "You clearly don't accept me or my family, do you? You just keep getting at me for it. Like it was my fault my parents are gay and I was adopted! Boohoo, get a life and stop saying all this crap about me! Do you know how miserable you have made my life? Exactly, you don't. You don't understand the damage you have caused me and my family, and truth be told, you probably will never get it into you thick skull. There is so much more I want to say, but my god it really isn't worth it. I'm wasting my breath on you, and it could be used on other things." Petra said. One girl whispered to another which made her cry with laughter. "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Petra screamed. The whole room went silent. By now, the tears started to stream down the girls face. "I can't do this." She said before racing out the classroom. "Petra!" Levi screamed, but there was no sign of her coming back. "I'll go find her. Hanji, could you stay with the class please?" Levi said. Hanji nodded her head and had every single student a dirty look which caused them all to sink into their seats.

"Woah, watch where your going. Petra? Are you okay?" Mr Smith, the principal said as Petra and bumped into him. "N-no." Petra said.

Mr Smith took her to his office. "Please don't tell my dad you found me. I don't want him to take me back to the class." Petra said. Mr Smith nodded as he replaced the phone down. "Okay, would you mind telling me what happened?" Mr Smith asked.
"I wouldn't really like to tell Mr Smith. It was just stupid girls." Petra murmured. "Hey, just call me Erwin. I'm a friend of your fathers so it's okay." He said. More tears started rolling down the girls face. "And that's their reason. They don't leave me alone because of it." Petra whispered. Erwin didn't know what to do or how to help this girl without contacting her parents.

"I'm sorry Petra, but this will be sorted out, I promise. How about this. Would you like to go home early? I'll tell your dad you needed to just go home." Petra nodded and Erwin said he'd go grab her stuff but she needed to stay in the office. But he forgot that the school's meanest child was supposed to be in his office right about then. As soon as he left, about a minute later, a tall brunette walked in. "Watch a in here for then princess?" Petra didn't know what to say, so she just sat in silence. " I asked you a question, aren't you gonna answer me? Because there'll be servers consequences I you don't." The girl said. Petra didn't care by this point, so again she was silent. The girl picked her up and pinned her against the wall. "I told you so." The girl said. Petra smirked and then the girl started kissing her up her neck. Petra let out the odd moan here and there, but there was no sign of the brunette stopping. "W-wait. Erwin will be in h-here any m-minute. Hide b-behind the cabinet." Petra said. The girl gave her one last kiss before going to her hiding spot.

"Right. Your dad will be here any minute. You still not going to tell me?" Erwin asked. Petra shook her head. Teu sat in silence for five minutes before her dad, Eren arrived. Petra got up to give him a hug, which he took. "She just was feeling a little down so I thought it would be best to send her home for the rest of the day. Levi knows, so don't panic! I know what your like." Erwin said. He used to teach Eren when he went to the school, as did Levi.

"Honey, talk to me. What's going on in your head?" Eren asked his daughter.
"It's nothing. I just had a panic attack, I guess, but instead of being scared I was angry, and I left the class." Petra said. She knew her dad was good at spotting lies, but was terrible at actually doing the lying. "Hmm.... Are you sure there isn't anything else?" Eren asked the small red head. "Nope, nothing else." She replied. Eren nodded and before they knew it, they were home.

A/N~
Hi!
I wrote a different one and it didn't save! 😭😭 So I restarted and this happened. I will write a part two to this, and maybe even a part three if you enjoy it, which you probably won't because I really cannot write fanfiction. Also I'm sorry I haven't been updating my Mikasa x Sasha fanfic. I kinda stopped shipping it a little, so all the inspiration kinda went, but I'll try my best to finish it.
Anyways, thank you for reading my stories, even if they are crap!
