Story begins
Its been only a day in the small town of folks and already Hector Garcia was made to feel unwelcome by the people of the small town who turn scornful look at him turning up their face, as if he wasn't a man of the human kind, pointing fingers at him wanting to know who he was and what he was doing in their town they whisper among each other as Hector continue to walk on saying hello but only a few older people would nod but they still look on him as if scared, for he was going to do something hirable to them and the town,
"I'm so sorry" Hector said nodding to the lady he bump into she was walking and holding hands with a small boy who was of fair Complexion as she was they came from a race of Indians with a mixture of black she was about his height his age with long dark hair down her shoulders that floats with the wind making this already beautiful woman look even more beautiful unlike her his complexion was bright mix white half his parents family were Indians as well it was why he was able to tell that this woman was half Indian, he would probably ask from where were her family originated if the time was given to him but the nice manner young woman smile accepting his apology and went her ways,
"At lease it was a far better greetings than the others gave Hector watch as she disappear in to a near by store holding the boy hand in place,
" watch where your going man !" A big bone guy walking in a group of other guys shove Hector in a wall and the other's laugh slapping hands together,
"I'm sorry I didn't see you there" he apologize thou the guys were a good distance away, "bullies" he said with a hiss "who give people the rights to beat up on people any way?" He question himself, he was engage in a conversation talking as if he wasn't alone he knew bullies he could say he's past through the stage back in school he was use to bigger guys who pick on people he was a little small so they did a lot to him, one day he step up to them defended himself and those big boys never thought of messing around him or any of his colleague, while walking he had look back so many times. He has gone a good distance on foot now that he was this far in town, All the walking makes his feet tired he was thirsting too, and it was getting dark and to make it worst it began to rain, Hector stop at a few passerby vehicles but no one stop to render an assistant, he stop to find shelter but where he stand wasn't doing much of a good he was still getting wet he was now soak to his very under wear,
"Look mom! Taiga Murphy called out to his mother after seeing the man standing by an old building soaking in the rain,
" what now honey" his mother said after stopping the car she didn't want to be out in this kind of weather for the old car tent to give a lot of problem especially when it rains and since it was getting late she was hurrying to get home,
"There's someone in the rain mom we should help him "
"But honey I didn't see any one"
"But he's there mom, can't you just go back a little?"
"Alright" Althea said putting the car in reverse,
As Taiga said the man was standing there soaking wet looking helpless, cold and homeless ,
Althea rolled the windows down to see the man from earlier who bump in to her it was her first time seeing him since she came to folks ten years ago she get familiar with a lot of faces even if walking by them she take knowtist, this man was a first time comer to
"Are you alright mister?" She ask after rolling the window down "is there someplace I could drop you off?"
Hector knew nothing of the town except that the people here weren't very friendly.
" why not hop in and tell me
Mister for this rain won't ease till Sometime tomorrow,"
He didn't think it was going to lost that long beside he along with his few things in his small shoulder bag were already soak lucky for him he carry no form of documents, he had travelled light only with a few of his old work clothing they still look fresh but not up to standard, they were suitable for his occasion, what he should have done was get the maid to pack for him was a coat for he sure was getting cold also hungry he never goes places with out his snack bag, and to add to that he has no place to go he did have money it was all he carry along for this trip for he was going to need to fine a place to stay and feed himself by now all that too must be soak along with every piece of garments,
"Thank you madam" Hector bow once seated in the car he recognize her to be the one he bump in to before, sorry that I'm so wet" his blood ran cold causing him to shiver, and his words came out shaking,
"If you're worried a bout getting the seat wet mister" Althea said, "then don't, you have absolutely no need, you see this old car has been around long enough to withstand anything, even though it doesn't function that well especially in weather like these its why I'm hurrying, and because of my hurry I didn't see you there, is there some where you want me to drop you?"
" I've no where to go" Hector inform her, she turn to look at him in surprise her eyes questions
" I'm new in town I've not found a place to stay just yet, I'm afraid I won't in this weather"
"He could stay at our house mom!" Taiga said
"Taiga honey we can't just pick up a stranger and take home, you know that's wrong, but alright he could stay until he find a place" she turn and look at him he nod in thanks then turn to look at the boy who smile gentle before easing back in his seat.
