NOT JUST AN ORDINARY MAN!

It was now clearer to Hector as the sun came out brighter he step out on the front porch with taiga by his side
"Such a beautiful day isn't it?" Hector said to taiga "what's there's to do then to other than watch the sun spread over the town?"
" well mister you can come with me to help my mother gather peppers" taiga said
"Peppers, where?" Hector ask for he was willing to gather anything for a nice lady like miss Althea,
"Come on I will show you, they close the front door and went out back through the trees to a small field where trees of hot and sweet  peppers lay on the ground, the rain and wind blew them out of their place Althea look Hector's way as he started clearing peppers from the threes and off the ground the one from the ground she would take them inside wash them and put vinegar on them to keep them, the one from the tree were to take to the market,
By midday they were done with the picking Hector help her to wash them and put them on the porch for drying,  Althea made cool lemonade to help quench their thirst,
she could hear him talking with taiga while in the kitchen, busy boiling hot peppers for preserving  and cooking dinner, taiga seems to be enjoying the company of someone around the house other than her, it felt different having him here,  lord knows she still wonder about this man's were about where he's from, his family what kind of life he lives what's his aim in folks how well can she trust him the biggest question of all could she trust him she felt she could and did trust him, she like him for what reason she didn't know, he appears to be an homeless man with no sense if comfort, what was he running from what is he expecting to find, nothing really happen in folks not even the people here were nice they watch and wait for something to happen and gossip about it she knew the attention the man staying at her home was going to get, she figure no one heard for she haven't received any call from the people at  her church this man came put of no where and was here in her house lord know what they will say, she live in a neighbor where gossip was the main event everyone knows everyone's business,
Hector and taiga came in the kitchen when Althea was near to put dinner on the table
"Would you like us to help you with anything miss Althea?* Hector ask he was standing with his palm resting up on Taiga's shoulders he stand in front of him smiling from her to the man standing tall behind his back  pod at both their feet whining happily, Althea stare at them and remember when her husband was a life she haven't drawn his memories in a while for when she didn't think on him she got through much easier and his much stronger for her child, for a while she just stare,
" mom, mom" taiga called and she shook her head in order to come back to earth,
"Yes please you can set the table dinner his almost ready"
  Hector find the dinner plates on his own after rinsing his hand, he was use to the kitchen he wasn't just any fancy rich guy who sit around doing nothing, he was a fancy rich guy who knows everything.
"Honey wash your hands and come to the table"
"OK mom" he ran to the sink and came jumping down at the table he was exciting for he was getting bake chicken and potato salad for dinner, Althea haven't Cooked this fancy or this much  in along while but she wants to treat her visit well, but still trying to make the food serve, in case she market enough pepper in the morning she could always buy more food hoping she will for come morning after she send taiga off to school she will go down to the market,
" let's pray" taiga said when the three of them seat themselves around the table.
"You go ahead and do the prayers honey" Althea told him
"They held hands and close their eyes Althea hands Trimble under his touch Hector felt it and kept his eyes open just to watch her she could feel his eyes on her  so she kept hers close to avoid seeing his on her,
" Lord thank you for mom who's here with me and promise to always be with me, and for dad and grandpas and grandmas who are all in heaven with you, thank you for mister Hector who is living in our home please lord let him live with us for ever"
"Taiga" Althea called to him.
" can't you see I'm praying mom? And lord thank you for this great dinner Amen" he ended and open his eyes
"Amen" Althea and Hector said as he reach to rub his hand over Taiga's head,
