Dove's POV "I have a project for this class" My Art teacher says "You will be grouped into two and will build a model of this school. Professionally"
"I hope we're being paired together" My best friend, Sofia squeals. She loves school projects, It's like her soulmate.
"Here are you pairs: Darwin and Gwen, Freddy and Della, Jake and Vanessa, Mitchell and Sofia, Ryan and Dove"
After the class, Sofia and I went to drop our books in our lockers. "I can't believe we weren't paired" Sofia whines
"I can't believe I'm being paired up with the school's bad boy" I groan
"Thanks" I hear a male voice say behind Sofia and I.
I turn around and see Ryan and Mitchell. The school's bad boy and his perv sidekick. He writes something on a piece of paper and hands it to me.
"Call me by 3. And meet my at my house by 4. I'll send my address" He smirks and walks away with Mitchell
"You have Ryan's number" Sofia whisper-shouts
"Yes"
"And you're going to his house today"
"Yes"
"You're a nerd legend"
"Shut up" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "H-hello?" I say nervously over the phone
"Who are you?" He answers
"Dove, you told me to call you"
"Oh, nerdy two-shoes, I'll send my address now"
I jump out of my bed and rush to my wardrobe. After searching for what to wear I decide to wear this:

I grab my phone and head to my car after he sends his address. In less than 20 minutes, I'm there. I walk into the porch and knock, the door opens and I see Ryan. "Come on in, nerdy two-shoes" He says
"I'll like it if you call my Dove" I say with a bit of sass
"Sorry, but I prefer nerdy two-shoes and I'll be back soon"
He's house was big and nice and simple. It was lit up well:

I walk round the living room, I stop at a shelf with pictures. I see a picture of little Ryan goofing off. I laugh because he looked stupid. I see a picture of his dad and a woman who looks different from the other one. I take another look at the other picture. I think his Dad re-married. "I miss her" Ryan says
"Ryan?" I say "What happened?"
"S-she-"A tear rolls down his cheek "She was shot her ex"
"Oh my God, I'm so sorry"
