Dove's POV Everyone left. It was just my dad and I. I was scared. I was nervous. "What were you doing?" My dad yells "Boys in your hot tub. Laughing and Playing" "He's my partner for a school project" I say silently "Which one?" "The one with dark brown hair" I say "I don't want to see you close to him" "But dad, my project" I whine "Okay, but I don't want you next to him after the project" "Okay dad, thanks" "Dove" He says quietly "I don't want you to be like your mother and I. My dad leaves my room and I jump into my bed not bothering to change into clothes. My phone vibrates on my bed. I grab it and see it's a text from Ryan. Ryan- Hey, how did it go? Dove- My dad doesn't like you. We'll meet at your house tmrw after school for the project. I grab my keys and hop into my car. When I get to school, I spot Sofia talking to Cameron, my male best friend. I walk over to meet them and say hi. "So how did it go with your dad?" Sofia asks "It's ok" I reply
