Jungkook didn't have to return. He knew it. He could have easily claimed he'd moved out the area as fast as he'd arrived. They would have forgotten him with in a couple of weeks. He'd never have to see the old church, hear the dull hymns, feel so out of place again.

Yet here he was a week later sat in the same church once again, bored out of his mind for the second time now. But still he came back. There was no reason as to why. All he thought was he'd regret it otherwise.

But he'd never see Taehyung again.

And Taehyung somehow out weighed all of the negative effects of attending church. Even if Taehyung was the rude, little brat who spoke back to Jungkook and gave him cheek despite being half his size after only a week he'd became so invested in the boy.

Boy what was JiHan going to think to this Jungkook thought to himself as he entered the church. He was pretty sure he'd think he was pathetic, best case scenario however worst case scenario he'd kick Jungkook out the group and make his life a living hell.

Without consciously thinking about it Jungkook found himself scanning the church for the cute, yet obnoxious, church boy from last week. Once his eyes fell upon the boy who was once again at the front he made is way over as if he was stalking his prey.

"Hey!" Jungkook called as he stood beside Taehyung.

The younger leapt startled by Jungkook's sudden arrival. He instantly spun to face Jungkook. His face still startled and confused. Slowly he lifted his eyes to meet Jungkook's.

"Oh, it's you." Taehyung stuttered.

"Yeah, Taehyung right?" Jungkook smiled innocently reaching out his hand.

Taehyung eyed Jungkook's hand for a moment, reluctant to shake it in case he was going to pull a middle school level prank off. That or rip his arm off as they shook hands.

"It's nice to see you again." Jungkook smiled down at the elder.

Taehyung puffed. "I wish I could say the same for you."

"Ouch." Jungkook gasped pretending to be hurt. "If it wasn't for how adorable you are I might just be offended."

"I am not cute." Taheyung huffed, puffing his cheeks out and turning his head offended once again to the reminder of how young and innocent he looked for his age.

Before Jungkook could speak again Taehyung's father walked over to the two boys. Taehyung noticed first and smiled widely to his father. It was no secret Taehyung adored his father with all his heart. Some of the church goers believed it would be impossible for him to love anyone else.

Slightly bothered by the sudden appearance of the Vicar, Jungkook let out an inaudiable sigh, wanting only to spend some time alone with the elder. And why didn't he smile at him like that? Jungkook couldn't help but to be captivated by the adorable, box smile.

"Ah Jungkook, it's so lovely to see you again!" The vicar beemed opening his arms.

Jungkook nodded. "Thank you for welcoming me into your church. It already feels like home to me."

Jungkook smirked over at Taehyung to which he grunted, clicked his tongue and looked away.

If the vicar was being so friendly towards Jungkook that meant either Taehyung hadn't told his father about what Jungkook was really like. That or the vicar accepted him regardless. Either way he had won.

"Well I'm glad to see you to are getting on so well." The vicar smiled again before turning to Taehyung. "It's also nice to talk to people other than Jimin."
