Ch. 16

Ciomi's pov

I was sitting in the back seat of the cops car   just chilling with out saying anything or kicking or screaming , i know i shouldn't be here but if i fight against it it would get worst.

After a bit the drag me out of the car like I'm a animal i just chuckle and the looked at me like I'm going insane and asked me why I'm chuckling i just answer with i remember something funny thats all.

So i had to do all those shit u have to do before they could let me call someone so i called my lawyer and tell him where i am and to come so i can get out of here as soon as possible.

I went back to my cell well for the mean time at least. Some guy was trying to hit on me i just ignore him. I sit down on the thing they call bed and wait for my lawyer to come.

After a bit i fell asleep till morning and my lawyer came , we went to a meeting  room and i explain to him what happened last night and stuff. He said he'll deal with it just wait a few hours and i told him to tell my school i had some family business to deal with so I'll be gone for the week.

After the meeting with my lawyer i asked if i could call someone and i called Khloè and told her what happened and to tell Star too, she yelled at me and what not i just hung up on her and went back to my so called cell.

Later that day Khloé and Star came to visit and we talked for a bit before they had to leave. Then Seb came visit me , her eyes where red and puffy , i asked her what's wrong she started saying it was her fault that's why I'm in here i told her it was just a day or two cus my lawyer is handling it.

I tried to tell her I'm fineand she doesn't need to worry i gave her a peck her cheeks  to calm her down and after a few minutes she had to leave.

They gave me food i was starving to be honest, i ate and just sit there waiting for hours i even did a few push ups to pass time. Then my lawyer finally came back and he bail me out ,thank god.

He drove me home to tell me i have to go to court and all that stuff cus the family won't drop the stupid charges that i fucking beat up their fuckboy of a son who tried to force himself on a girl.

When i got home first thing i did was hug Mia and feed her after take a long shower then wear something comfy and make some food for myself, Khloé is not home yet so I'm alone at the moment.

I sat down at the bar eating while texting my friends telling them I'm out finally. Its like i been there for years. Then i texted Seb telling her I'm home , she called me right away

"I'm coming over your house right now" she said and hung up right away. I was looking at my phone like is this bitch for real..?, i continue eating and after a few minutes i heard a knock on my door.

I got up and open it as soon as i opened it Seb jumped on me wrapping her legs and arms around me. "Hello to u too" i said holding her close "Hey.. I'm so sorry about happened." She whispers buring her head in my neck. "Its fine i was saving u from him"  i said and carrying her closing the door behind us.

"Are u going to get down or not..?" I asked she shaked her head and look at me in the eyes before kissing me deeply ,i pulled away and putting her down on the couch. "Seb u can't do that I'm still dating Aj." I said looking at her.

She look at me sad then angry and got up and pushed me away and went to my room locking herself in there, i sigjed and walked to the door. "Seb u can't lock your self in my room" i said "I don't care i won't leave till u break up with her, cus your mine and no one else..!" She yelled

"So now I'm yours all off a sudden..?" I asked "You where always mine ,and i always had feelings for u" she said "Ow where the fuck where those feelings when i was trying to get u to be mine u turn to that fuck boy.. huh..!?"

She open the door and slapped me i grabbed her hands and pin them against the wall and look at her angry, "u have no right slapping me when I'm telling u the truth." I said "Fuck u"  she said "Gladly." I said and take my phone calling Aj and explain to her before hanging up and pulled Seb in a rough kiss wrapping her legs around me pinning her against the wall.

She kissed me back running her finger through my hair as we continue kissing. I moved my hand under her shirt and grab one of her boobs. Then the front door slammed "Hell to the no , u bitches ain't about to have sex in the hallway..!" We stayed there frozen before i put Seb down fixing my hair and clothes.

"Hey. Khloé how was school.?" I asked looking at her. "Is it over..?" Start asked from behind Khloé "Hey Star.." i said scratching my head. "Why do i always have to enter this house with u two horndogs almost having sex..?!" She yelled "Well we where about to but u always walk in on us.." i said and that's the worst thing i could have said cus i saw something came flying towards my way but luckily i dodged it.

"Are u crazy woman that almost hit me.!" I yelled "that was the point u smart mouth..!" She yelled back and i flip her the bird. After a few more yelling me and Seb went into my room. We didn't have sex or anything just cuddle and kiss.
