Levis POV:
The sun slowly comes up, casting a brilliant orange/pink hue across the horizon. I spread my wings and close my eyes as if i could feel the heat, which was not the case. i haven't been able to feel any temperature, except my body's own, for more than a century.
'(Y/N) would love to see this- What am I saying?? i just need to forget what she would like, all I'm here for is to protect her.'
I look down upon the waking city, people leaving for work or just getting home. I guess humans are just predictable, mindless creatures after all, driven by greed.
Greed for what's unnecessary in their small lives. Greed for the need of satisfaction to be better than one another. Greed for a significant other or just someone to depend on.
"The decision i need to make.... whats going to happen if i stay away? Will she be alright?"
I glance towards the sun and slink back to the shadows which i have come to call home. I see the different shades of monochromality and decided upon my passtime from when i was human.
I could paint again...
the one thing in my existence that held some meaning to me..
the one thing i could express and expel this darkness inside of me...
