Letters to Fred- A Harry Potter Fanfiction (ON HOLD)

The First

Dear Fred,

Uh, I'm not really sure what to write. There are just too many things to write and I don't want to say it all at once. Blimey it's been tough without you, and it's just been a day since it all happened.

Harry has gone back to the Forbidden Forest to search for the Resurrection Stone, and Hermione said that I should write all this stuff incase I have a chance to see you again. I know, it's girly, it was Hermione's idea after all, but I guess it puts my mind off all the panic that's happening still around us.

Yeah, Hermione and I are together now, just like you said we would be. You're so much more of a relationship expert than I could ever be. I'm just sorry mate you aren't here to see it happen.

I wasn't expecting it you know, me and Hermione together and all. We're both so different. I guess we kind of balance each other out. She's still that know-it-all that I guess will annoy me forever, and I'm still that stupid guy she has to put up with, doing all his homework for him, but we work.

It's better than my relationship with Lavender anyway.

I know, I've been turning into Ginny, just like how she used to write about Harry in that diary of hers. If you were here you'd be teasing me all about this, but you're not, and that's rough on all of us, especially George. I told him yesterday that you'll carry on for him up there, and he just said that the legacy must live on. He smiled, which made us all feel good, but I can see when he's not looking all the pain in his eyes. Deep stuff right there, aside from all the jokes. He's still waiting for you to come back, pop right up alive as if it was all a joke. We don't have the heart to tell him, but I'm guessing that's only because we want to believe that as well.

I don't want to depress you Fred, so I'll stop for now. Maybe I should work on writing, a few jokes now and again in my letters. Until then, big bro.

P.s Pig misses his treats, mum can't find them. I wish we could ask you where they were, but until Harry finds that stone Pig will have to go with out them.
