Chapter 12

Recap- Dylan surprises Abbie, then Abbie and Dylan stay over at Max And Harvey's house. They watch a horror movie, and Abbie freaks out.

Dylan's POV:
I woke up and smiled. I wish I could do this more often, I hate long distance relationships! I thought. Then Abbie turned and faced me "I know they suck" she muttered. We start laughing then abbie climbs out of of bed, I grab onto her and she turns "I'm cold now" I moan. She giggles and goes to the bathroom. After about 10 minutes she comes back, looking gorgeous. She reaches for something in her bag, and I leap up and slap her wrist. "NO!" She looked shocked at first, then started laughing. "Dylan, chill. I only want to wear some concealer and a little mascara" she tried to convince me to let her wear makeup. But I wasn't having it. "Hey Abbie" Chloe says and walks past us. "Chloe, does max let you wear makeup?" Abbie asks her. Max appears next to me and grabs the makeup bag. "The trick is, to just give her what she said. Which was concealer and mascara" we laughed. I handed Abbie what she wanted then Chloe and her laughed.

Abbie's POV:
After breakfast Dylan and I decided to go back to his house for a little while so we could spend some time with his mum and dad.

Dylan, do you know who's number this is? I ask and show him my phone. He shakes his head, but I decide to answer it anyways. "Hey. Is this abbie?" A girl said. "Yeah, it is. Who is this?" I question.
Girl: I'm Ellie, Chloe's twin sister. And Harvey's boyfriend.
Abbie: Okay? So why aren't you ringing them?
She then explains to us that she goes to a boarding school and is coming home to surprise them. Dylan and I agree to help her plan something. She says she's coming home now so we invite her to Dylan's house.

Harvey's POV:
I walk past Max and Chloe in the living room. 'They look so cute, I wish Ellie was here' I sigh and sit down at the table. "Hey Harvey" I heard Chloe sit down next to me. "Hi" I said and slowly turned my head around. "You miss Ellie as well?" She asked me. I nodded my head and felt tears slowly fall from my eyes. Chloe handed me a tissue and we hugged eachother. (In a best friend, brotherly kind of way). I pull back and ask her "Where's max at?" "He's just gone to Dylan's house. He said he left something there" She replied and I nodded.

Max's POV:
I felt my phone vibrate and I checked it to see what it was.
Abbie: Hey Max, could you come round to Dylan's house? A L O N E!
Max: Sure?
Abbie: It's so we can surprise Chloe and Harvey.
Max: Oohhh! I'm in!

"Chloe, I've left something at Dylan's and I need to go get it" I explain. "Do you want me to come?" She asks. I look over her shoulder and see Harvey sat at the table looking sad. "Maybe you could see what's up with him?" I say gesturing to Harvey. She nods and I slip away and run to Dylan's house. There's a car outside, which I'm sure isn't Dylan's. As I start to approach the car I see, "ELLIE!" I shout. She tries to hide. Probably thinking I'm with Harvey or Chloe. 'Ohh this is what the surprise is' I thought.

Ellie's POV:
I've never met Dylan or Abbie before, they both seemed really nice though. I arrive at the address Abbie told me, but as I got out of the car I saw Max. I tried to hide but he still saw me. I was praying that he was by himself and not with the others.

"So it's sorted then?" I ask. "Yeah, we go bowling and then you surprise them when we get there." Abbie replies, she sounds way too excited about this and we all laugh. They all head back to see Harvey and Chloe and tell them that we're going bowling, whilst Claire (Dylan's mum) takes me to the bowling alley earlier than the others. "Okay, when they come. Just make sure to go to the left so I can film it" Claire informs me. We giggle and I settle into my hiding place.

I saw Claire out of the corner of my eye. She nodded and put her thumb up. Which was the signal to tell me that they were here! They got their shoes and got assigned to a lane. They were all turned around typing their names into the machine, when I walked up behind them "Do you need any help?" I asked. "I don't think ssooo..." Harvey said whilst he turned around. He leaped over the chair and tackled me with an enormous hug. I hugged Chloe aswell, then Harvey hugged me again. "I missed you" he whispered. "I missed you too".
