"U-uh. I'm Lizzy. Here's your clothes" she said, handing me my new apparel. My eyes widened as I held the clothes out in front of me. A short dress and knee high socks. I glanced back at Lizzy and the other girls. They had the same clothes, except for different colors. I panned my eyes to the first girl on the left: purple her name was sewed into the top corner of her dress. "Alisha" I read. Then I turned to the next girl: blue. Her stitched name read "Laura." I turned to Lizzy next, she was wearing a pastel green dress. Finally, I turned to the last girl. Her dress read "Rachel." She was different. She seemed to have some type of feeling to her, like she was desperate, but for what? I ran off to the bathroom as soon as Rachel noticed I was staring. I put on my clothes reluctantly. I was told that if I was showing any disregard to Caleb, then I would be reprimanded and it would be harsh. I looked down on myself and I felt so ashamed. I didn't even know of I could classify these clothes as "clothes". I was exposed and I knew it was intentional. I slid down the bathroom door and started crying into my lap. I wanted to go home. Even if that meant that I had to go home to something broken and incomplete.
