"Are you ready?" Cassie yelled from her room, I was about to reply to her but she stumbled into the living room hopping with on heel on. "Have you seen a black heel with black studs?" She questioned throwing every pair of shoe in the air. I shook my head.
She was wearing a tight red dress which showed all her curves, it reached her thighs. I honestly hate dresses! I also hate skirts and I just about tolerate shorts. However the dress Cassie is wearing suits her really well; since she's slightly tanned, she doesn't look like a walking stop sign.
"Ah! I found it! Are you ready?" She asked looking at what I was wearing with a shocked face, I nodded, I felt a large grin creep up on my face. I looked down at my top, it said, "Did you just call me weird, I ought to get off my unicorn and slap you," I thought I looked alright, my black skinny jeans and my black vans completed the entire outfit.
"Oh... Okay then, let's go," She smiled grabbing my hand and leading us out of our apartment. She locked the door and pointed towards a flight of stairs. "Follow the music!"
When we made it to the top of the stairs I saw a couple literally eating each other's faces blocking the entry into the apartment. I cleared my throat and they pulled apart, the male looked me up and down licking his lips, "What's your name?" He winked pushing the blonde into the apartment. I turned around to find Cassie but she went ahead of me when the separated.
"You want to know my name yet you don't even know the name of the girl you were just kissing," I sneered turning on my heel and walking into the room.
The music got louder the further in I got the room, I looked at the dance floor. People were grinding against each other, there was not an inch of space between anyone.
Well then that's very pleasant.
I walked over to an empty wall and I leaned against it looking at every other person my age, they were either making out or dry humping on the dance floor.
"Want a drink?" Someone asked me, I turned my head to the left to see the same guy who "greeted" me at the door.
I shook my head looking away from him. "Wow, you are so stubborn!" He huffed. I laughed.
"You don't know me," I snapped.
"Ooh, we have a feisty one here," He chuckled crossing his arms over his chest.
I turned my whole body to face him, till now I never really looked at him properly.
He had short brown hair that was done in a messy style but it still looked good. His eyes are a slightly darker shade of brown than his hair, he was about six foot tall which honestly wasn't fair because I'm only five foot six. He was wearing a white v-neck top with skinny jeans and a black leather jacket hugging his muscles.
"Like what you see?" He winked taking a step closer to me.
I suddenly burst out laughing, "Yeah right,"
"Why do you dislike me?" He asked raising an eyebrow.
"I never said I 'dislike you' I just don't like talking to men I don't know," I replied tapping my feet on the ground impatiently, I need to find a way to get out of this conversation.
"Fine then, hi... I'm Neil Edwards," He smiled holding out his hand for me to shake.
"Hi, I'm still not telling you my name," I smiled shaking his hand.
"Do you have to be so difficult?" He moaned.
I nodded, "My difficulty is on a high level, go hard or go home big boy," I winked leaning on the wall. Two people can play that game.
