It was the first day of going to a new school
You are nervous
You get your locker, the code and your timetable
You try opening the locker but it wouldn't open.
Y/n: oh come on open
Then a boy comes over to you
Boy: need help?
Y/n: yes please I can't seem to open my locker
You give him the code and he opens it
Boy: these lockers can be a pain to get opened sometimes
You just give him a small smile.
Boy: your the new girl?
Y/n: yep I'm the new girl
Boy: I'm Hayes
He puts his hand out
Y/n: I'm y/n
Hayes: nice to meet you y/n
Y/n: nice to met you too Hayes
You both shake hands
Hayes: well you have made one new friend y/n
You giggle
Y/n: I sure have
Hayes: what's your first class y/n?
You look at your time
Y/n: am I think I have maths first
You show Hayes
Hayes: yeah it's maths I have that as well we can go together
You and Hayes go to maths
Hayes: so where did you live before moving to North Carolina?
Y/n: I lived in Ireland Dublin
Hayes: oh wow your a long way from home.
Y/n: yeah I sure am but I like North Carolina it's different from Ireland in Ireland some of the people they wouldn't call them very friendly they would probably try and run you over trying to cross the road they go so fast on the roads and then there's the rain.
Hayes laughs
Y/n: but I miss Ireland, I miss my fiends
Hayes: it's a new change
Y/n: oh yeah it's a change alright.
Lunch time
You get your lunch and go looking for somewhere to sit but everywhere was full you see Hayes and he waved you over
You walk over to him and his friends.
Hayes: hey y/n sit down
Y/n: thanks
Hayes: guys this is y/n, Y/n these are my friends Cameron, jack j, jack g, Aaron Andy brother Nash
You give a small smile
Nash: hey y/n welcome to the school
Y/n: thanks
You get to know all he boys and they are so nice and so funny
School over
You walk out of school the first day of school wasn't as bad as You thought it would be.
You see Hayes and go over to him
Y/n: you waiting for someone Hayes?
Hayes: hair waiting for Nash he is so slow
You laugh
Hayes: you walking home y/n ?
Y/n: yeah I am
Hayes: want a ride home?
Y/n: no thanks Hayes it's not that far to walk
Hays: ok y/n
Y/n: I'll see you tomorrow Hayes
Hayes: bye y/n
You walk away and head home.
