hyungseob;
woojin came out from behind the shelf, then looked at the three of us. his eyes then turned to saebyul. he leaned on the shelf and gave her a look. it wasn't a mean look, but it wasn't a nice one either...
I coughed a bit, breaking the utter silence. woojin was pretty intimidating... he just looked, scary. I tapped saebyul's shoulder and looked at her. "uh...I think we should go..." I whispered to her.
woojin;
"go?" I raised an eyebrow. "well I just came, i don't think you should leave so soon..." i turned to the new girl. "I'm park woojin..." she opened her mouth. "saebyul, I know, I heard.."
she looked at me, then she looked away, not making eye contact. I turned my head, trying to get a look at her, before turning to hyungseob. "do you plan on making her a loner like you, or are you gonna let us talk to her too?"
saebyul;
he seemed rude, especially towards hyungseob. "hey, you could at least try being a bit nicer..." both hyungseob's and guanlin's eyes darted at me, like I just insulted a king or something. "what..." i whispered to hyungseob. "don't do that," he replied.
woojin's head turned to me. "seems like you have a problem. leave hyungseob alone, okay?" he just laughed. "what bullshit..." he muttered. "hey–" I was cut off by hyungseob, who took my hand and pulled me away.
"what are you doing..." I asked him. "stay away from woojin okay?" he said, taking me downstairs. I looked up, and saw woojin looking at me. "he's just a jerk, he'll just end up harassing you or something..." I nodded, quietly following him.
hyungseob;
I was quiet until we got back to the class, which was still empty. "I know I'm always lonely in here, that's just because I suck at making friends. that kid woojin, and a few of his friends always pick on me for it. guanlin's a nice kid though, he just loves pranking people and making jokes.
she looked at me quietly and nodded. "he looks like a thug too, you know..." I chuckled. "hey, don't think i'm a kid who always gets bullied. everyone in this class, they just care about their own friends. it's really only woojin who's like that..."
saebyul;
"you really don't have any friends?" I asked, not wanting to sound rude. "well guanlin's not really a friend, more of an...acquaintance I guess? and I told you, I have friends in other classes. I'm just really quiet in this class," he said. I nodded along, sighing.
"well I'm going to be just like you," I chuckled. "in a class with just guys, well it's gonna be a long year... I can't believe there was no space in other classes, I had to get stuck here. but hey, you're my first friend at this school..." I smiled.
I looked up momentarily ad that's when we looked directly at each other, eyes locked...
