"GOOD MORNING CAROLINE!" Yes miss Spink, caroline like always.. "Coraline, its Coraline..!"
"Is that not what I said, Caroline?"
"Ughhh.." I groan as I walk away to visit Wybie and his grandma.
"Coraline where are you going? Its sprinkling rain." Mom said racing after me, it was so, so amazing to be with them again but like always they don't let me have fun.
"I'm going to visit Wybie and his grandmother. It's barely raining and I have my rain coat on." I knew saying I had my raincoat on wasn't going to change my mom's thoughts but it was worth a try...
"Oh.. okay, have fun!" My mother smiled at me and walked ran back home trying to cover her hair with her hands from the rain.
Huh.. that was weird. I picked a Magic Dowser from a nearby branch as I started racing towards Wybie's home again.
"WYBIE!!" I yelled as I saw Wybie open the door and get on his bike.
"Oh, Caroline.. hi.."
"What's wrong? Did something happen..?" Wybie didn't seem his usual he actually seemed kind of depressed.
"Oh nothing just this.." Wybie pulls out a doll that looks exactly like him, and oh.. buttoned eyes...
"WYBIE! BURN IT!"
"I've tried and it didn't work.. I haven't told grandma because there's not a little door in my house..." That made sense but it was still creepy and the Beldam had her ways. How didn't burning it work if I burnt my mom's and dad's dolls. Unless they weren't the real doll.. Then that means.. Oh no.. The Beldam's alive.
"We have to go back in the door.."
"Oh no Jone's she can eat up my soul!"
"Well think about it Wyborne it's the only way to know if she's alive.." I grab his hand and race back to my house until I realized we don't have the key.
"The key! How do we open it if we don't have the key!" "We have to go in the well, think about it, it's not endless and we can just tie a rope to a rock!"
"Okay now you're just crazy.." Wybie says as he walks away dropping his doll and races back to his house.
