Kyoni's POV

"Soooo... who's gonna wake up Puff?"

It was morning, and everyone was awake, except Puff. Before, at the house, no one would dare wake up Puff, but now, they were on a schedule, and Puff isn't in as good a mood than she normally was.

Everyone was in a tight circle, except Tak. Everyone thought that because he didn't remember anything, that he could be the one to wake her up?

"Heyyyyy Tak, our main man-friend-dude, do you mind doin us a solid?" Archie said in the most stupidly 'hip' way possible.

"Huh? What's that?"

"Do you mind wakin up Puff? See, she's a heavy sleeper, and a stronk guy like you can wake her up,, right???" The double comma was on purpose cause that's just how Archie is. (And for torture)

"Alright," Tak walks up to Puff and shakes her around a bit. Puff probably would've attack one of us by now, buttttt, "hey, wake up. We gotta go."

"Huh..? Oh hey Tak. Thanks for waking me up. I kinda over sleep a bit." Puff wasn't bothered at all!!

"It's no problem. Let's go."

Everyone's jaw was on the ground. Of course she wouldn't attack him! He's her boyfriend!! Or used to be anyway.

Most of the day has pasted and Kyoni's feet were hurting. She leaned on Exy for support but it didn't help much. Then Kyoni suddenly trips on something, and Exy falls down with her.

"Owww! Kyoni! What-- Kyoni... slowly back away from where you are..."

Kyoni was confused why Exy was so worried all of the sudden. She looked to  see if she tripped on a rock, but it was a shiny thing! And it was opening from the impact!!

"MOVE!" Kyoni pushed Exy away from near the shiny thing and herself, but was too slow to move out of the reach of the shiny thing. She started to feel herself being dragged toward it.

"KYONI!! GUYS RED ALERT!! SHINY THING!!"

Everyone heard Exy's cry and they all took hold of Kyoni. Nothing had touched Kyoni, but something was definitely pulling her closer to it.

"CMON GUY-- PULLLLLLL!!!"

They all managed to pull Kyoni out of the grasp. Everyone was gasping and breathing heavily, like it was a serious work out for them.

Then, a piece of paper was thrown at Kyoni, "ow! Hey!!" She opened up the note and read it out loud,

Mystery"

Then, all a sudden, some wolves were coming out of the small shiny thing?!?? What kind of witchery is this?!?

"Kill them, before they kill us!!" Waffle screamed as she pulled out her pistol and started shooting the never ending pack of wolves. Everyone was wrestling with some of the wolves except Puff, who was stabbing them with her knife of fortune. The coldness in her eyes had returned, and it was unsettling.

Then one of the wolves had reached her and bit her foot. She let out a scream of pain, it felt like a million nettles being stabbed into her foot! Then Waffle grabbed it by the scruff and shot it dead.

"Luna, start shooting!!" Waffle tossed the gun to Luna and then pulled out her first aid kit to start helping Kyoni.

"You alright? Can you still walk?" Waffle asked as she wrapped the same bandages around her foot as the ones on Kyo's hand.

"Ngh... yeah.. I'm fine," Kyoni gritted her teeth. This is torture! I wish I could kill Jio right now!

"Alright," most of the wolves were dead, and the ones that weren't we're gonna be dead anyway, so Waffle put Kyoni next to a tree so she can lean on it, and went to go help the others.

"Kyoni, are you ok??? That looks bad!" Puff's worried voice startled her. What is this? The coldness in her eyes is suddenly gone???

"Y-yeah, I'm fine, just a bite on my foot," Puff looked like she was trying to hold something back, "are you ok Puff?"

"Huh? Yeah I'm fine. It looks like all the wolves are dead, want to lean on my shoulder so you can walk to the others?"

"Yeah, sure. We need to check out the shiny thing anyway, see what was inside of it." Kyoni winced at moving anymore. This bite was gonna be a scar that will hurt for a while.
