Waffle's POV

"Man, these past weeks has made me REALLY wanna kill Jio right now." Waffle was really frustrated by now from having to treat Kyoni and Kyo. And all this was Jio's fault.

"C'mon guys, think positive! This could be a learning experience to all of us." Puff was starting to sound like herself again, after Tak and her started talking more.

"Yeah, maybe even a clue will jump right out in front of us!"

Right as Tak said that, something crashed into him, knocking then right onto Waffle, Kyoni, and Luna.

"OWWW!!"

"HEY?!?"

"Sorry!! Sorry sorry!!"

It was a person? She seemed to be in a panic, like something spooked her.

"Hey are you ok--"

Tak suddenly cut himself off. He was staring at the stranger with wide eyes, like looking at something extraordinary. No... Waffle knew that look... oh no Puff!!

Puff was staring at this the whole time, she obviously was looking at Tak, it was the same gaze he used to give her, whenever she wore something amazing.

"I am so so so soooo sorry!" The stranger didn't notice the gaze. She got up, patted herself, and helped Tak, Waffle, Luna, and Kyoni up.

"Hello! My name is Tara! I have no idea where I am and I didn't know there were other people here too! I can't remember how I got here, but I got here on a flamingo floaty?"

"You got here that way too??" Kyoni seemed super excited to ask this person questions, "do you know why we're here?"

"No, but I found this note on my floaty saying, 'find a large group of people walking through this island,' then a bunch of tribe looking men started chasing me, then I stumbled into you guys."

"Tribe looking men??" Puff's voice was filled with worry, "are they still chasing you?!"

"Nope. I think I lost em," Tara didn't seemed worried at all, "OH! But I do know a place here that would keep us all safe! Follow me!!"

This Tara girl was leading them in the direction they just came in, slightly to the right. Waffle noticed Puff inching to Tak, she had to listen to this.

"Hey Tak, are you ok? Did Tara crash into you too much?" Puff obviously wanted to know how he was doing, but for more than just being worried for him.

"No no, I'm fine... it's just... wow," Tak seemed to stunned for words.

"You know, you can tell me if anything hurts."

"Can I confess something to you?"

"Anything," Puff's voice cracked a bit with emotion. Waffle knew what might come next.

"I... I think I'm in love..." Tak's voice was very distant, like he wasn't concentrating on the conversation.

Puffs eyes grew cold again. She looked over at Tara, staring at her with her rare death stare. Waffle noticed Puff reach for her special knife.

"HEY HEY SORRY TAK NEED TO BORROW PUFF," Waffle grabbed Puff by the arm and brought her to the back of the group, where no one could hear them.

"Puff, look at me, listen, listen Linda!" Waffle had to keep Puff away from Tara. Puff could kill her!

"LOOK PUFF," Waffle hissed, "I need you NOT to go crazy like you have the past few days."

"But I can't let her take Tak away from me!" Puff's voice cracked with emotion. You can tell she was trying not to cry.

"I know sweety, I know, but this is Tak we're speaking of! He loves you!"

"That's before he lost his memory," A tear ran down Puff's face, "before we became... just friends..."

"I'm sure his memory will come back--"

"And what if it doesn't?" Puff cried, "what if he falls for her instead of me, and they start a family together right in front of me??"

Waffle felt really bad for Puff. She had to give Puff a hug. This horrible adventure has damaged her to much.

"It'll be ok Puff, I'm sure of it," Waffle gently strokes Puff's hair, like the natural mother she is.

"WE'RE HERE!!" The gang had reached their destination.
