(Y/N)'s POV
As Night blacked out, I heard BEN run and yell for E.J., soon something flashed before my eyes. As if it was a memory.
"You listen TO ME!!" I saw a demon say, he was glaring daggers at someone. I soon followed his gaze as my eyes landing on a girl, she was sobbing hysterically "No!! I will not let you kill her!!" The ten year old cried out. I then saw a girl, seemly fifteen years old, tied up. I took a closer look at the teen and my eyes widen in shock. It was my sister that was tied up. I looked back at the ten year old girl, she then reminded me of Night. "She is my sister!" I was shocked at this part "I will not let her go.." I then looked at my hands, was Nightmare my sister?
Soon, I opened my eyes that were somehow closed. I was still in the same spot, but Night was no where to be seen. 'What happened...? ' I asked myself. I started to walk around the mansion, and stopped at a room. The door said it belonged to Night, and as I was about to knock, someone pinned me against the wall "What do you think you're doing~?" BEN smirked slightly. Pushing him away and off me, I glares at him "What do you want!?" I said, sound a bit impatient. He just sighed and put his hands in his pockets "Don't go into Night's room, she's...not in the mood to talk" with that, he shows me a big cut on his arm. My eyes widen 'She...wouldn't do that...right? ' So I ran into her room. I then started to hear breathing, a slow and steady pace. The lights then turned on to reveal what the dark had hidden. Night was chained to the wall by the neck "Hehe...(Y-Y/N) you have to get out...of..." She started to scream in agonizing pain. I then felt a flash blind me.
~FlashBack~
Everything was dark, yet I could hear voices. I heard a small girls voice shout "NO! NO! NO! Please let her keep her memories!" It shouted "NO! DON'T!!" I then heard something glass-like shatter "STOP!! (Y/N)! Please stay with me!!" I started to grow curious on why it said my name. "Please..." the voice whimpered "I need you...I only have you left..." Soon light blinded me again.
I opened my eyes to see my parents, and my sister, Dream. "Today you are going to school with your new friend!" My mom chirped happily, showing me a girl with long brown hair and black eyes. It looked like Night. The girl looked happy, yet sad at the same time "Hi! I'm...I'm Nightmare" She said slightly. A smile forced on her face, hiding potential pain. Soon it skipped to the parts where my sister went missing, and Night was being sad. "Nighty...?" I spoke out, she looked at me and forced a smile once again "All you have to say, is that it's gonna get better..." Looking away from me "But, in never does..." Night whispered. I smiled sadly, knowing what she meant. Soon, I was back in the darkness.
"She CAN'T know the truth! No matter how much she needs to...I may be her real sister, but...I just want to protect her from him..."
~End of Flashback~
Nightmare's POV
I glared daggers at the proxies, Jeff, BEN, even Slender "I didn't do ANYTHING! I swear!!" I shouted "Oh, so she just magically blacked out!?" BEN said with sarcasm, soon Jeff joined the argument "Then how is she out cold, huh!?" I was visibly shaking, the voices in my mind swirling around as I was at the verge of tears. When I didn't notice that (Y/N) has awoken, I just exploded "I FUCKING DID NOTHING OKAY!!" I started shouting "AND IF YOU GUYS KEEP ON ACCUSING ME LIKE THIS!!" Tears slid down my face softly "I THINK I'D BE BETTER OFF A MINDLESS, INSANE GIRL THAN A PROXY HERE!!" I couldn't take it anymore. I fell to my knees and started having a mental breakdown. (Y/N) went to my side and hugged me, and after I calmed down a little, she spoke up "Nightmare...are you my sister?" Soon, everyone in the room froze. I wiped a few stray tears and looked at her, nodding slightly. She smiled softly, I focused on her thoughts 'I'm glad it's you then ' soon getting up and walked out of my room. I then looked at the others blankly "Mention any of this to the others and you'll be living your worst fears" They all ran out except Slender. I got off my knees and looked at him "Child, she may be regaining her memories, are you okay with that" He asked, I nodded. Soon he disappeared. After a few minutes, I walked out of my room. Everyone in my sight froze, I was confused, but then I saw (Y/N). And her eyes were a dark crimson color.
