I look at BEN with curiosity burning in my mind. He looked confused, but also focused "BEN?" he looked at me. His irises somehow manage to contain a curious spark "What is it, Kitten?" He asked. Taking a deep breath, I started to sum up what I was gonna ask him "What did she take from me?" My voice was calm, yet a bit cold. I wanted an answer, an honest answer. He looked hesitant, seemly because he didn't know if I should know or not. BEN took a deep breath, letting out a sigh, he looked at me "She took some of your sanity.." I looked down, confused. "Why..?" I breathed out, the blonde stayed quiet for a few moments "So she..." He sighed "She can have better control of herself.." I looked at him, confused even more "What do you mean? She's dead..." I whispered the last part. BEN looked sorrowful and regretful "She's not dead...that body of hers was just a clone..." My eyes widen. I couldn't process what I had just heard "No..it..it can't be.." I stepped away from him. The tears sliding down my face as "You're lying..." BEN held me "I'm not (Y/N)..." I got out of his grip. Shaking, I glared at him "No! You're lying!" My knees went weak, I then fell to the ground. I couldn't stop crying "K-Kitten...?" I stood back up and ran off. My breathing was shallow. I didn't dare look back, ignoring the shouts. I stopped once I reached a river, memories flooded my head '"(Y/N)! Hurry up! Stop being slow!" "Nighty wait for me!" ' Holding my head, I slid against a tree.
???'s POV
I laughed silently as the neko sobbed quietly "Aww, the poor kitten misses her friend?" I smirked slightly "H-Huh...?" She looked around, her (H/C) hair swaying as well as her tail. I stepped out of the shade of the trees and entered her line of vision "You know, that idiotic friend of yours is nothing, you should not cry about her..." I breathed out a laugh. (Y/N) glared at me, standing up "You don't know what she is! She is kind and strong!" I laughed again "She is not strong, she is just...pathetic.." Her tail with slashed back and forth. "What do you mean!?" She seemed to be angry 'Hehe, that's good..' I stepped towards her, a smirk still on my face "Sorry my dear (Y/N), Nighty is just a mistake, yet she is willing to take you away~" The red glow of my eyes seemed to grow strong. Her expression then changed to scared, yet she shook her head and glared again. "N-No! You're lying! Night will never do that! She knows--" I cut her off. (Y/N) growled slightly "She's knows what? She knows nothing, she just doesn't want you to get hurt" I smiled. The (H/C) haired girl slashed at me, but I dodged "Then she would've let me stay here! You monster!" She shouted. A sudden wash of pain stung in my heart, I was starting to lose control "B-But (Y/N)...y0u kn0w th4t 1 c-c4n't d1s0b3y 0rd3rs...r-r1ght? " I was surprised. Night seemed to have lost it, I smiled slightly as (Y/N) looked worried as well as hurt. I then pushed her back into the tree, making the neko hit her head "N-Night..? W-What...what happened to you! You use to be kind!" (Y/N) cried out, tears sliding down her face."H3h3h3...H4H4H4H4!!!! Y0u d0n't kn0w 4nyth1ng 4b0ut m3!! Y0u 1nn0c3nt ch1ld...h3h3h3..." I gave up control, letting Night pull out a small rock "Wh-wha--AHHHHHHHH" (Y/N) screamed in pain before blacking out. I let out a laugh as I picked up the unconscious body"H4h4h4...t1m3s h4s ch4ng3d...r0l3s h4s ch4ng3d...And people must change for the better" Soon, walking away from the area.
