Alex's POV

"Kiefer..." she whispered.

"X-Xandra..." I called her. Alam kong dinala na nila kuya si Ara sa hospital all I need now is my bestfriend. She's remembering things kaya alam kong sumasakit ulo niya so dinala ko siya sa hospital.

Saktong pagdating namin sa hospital, nagcolapse si Karmela, I had to take her to the emergency room. "Doc, nakakaalala na si Karmela, pero nagcolapse po siya!" Sabi ko at may binigay siyanh gamot. "Pagnakakaalala siya, at sobra na ang sakit ng ulo niya ibigay mo yan sakaniya, it will ease the pain." Sabi ng doktor at tumango lang ako.

Pumasok ako sa kwarto ni Xandra or Karmela? Di ko na rin alam itatawagbko sakaniya eh... isang oras na din siyang tulog. Pagpasok ko, gising naman siya.

"Karms, are you okay?" Tanong ko at umupo sa sofa ng hospital.

"I'm fine, masakit lang ang ulo. Why are you here if you should be with Ara?" She asked.

"Kuya called earlier, he said that the surgery was a success all we need now is for her to wake up. Besides, di alam nila ahia na nakakaalala ka na. So, I think I should be here fir you." Explain ko sakaniya. She smiled at me.

"Kaya bestfriend kita eh!" Sabi niya, I smiled at her back. Bakit? Bakit pag-ngumingiti siya nawawala lahat ng problema ko? Every touch of her eases me.

"Do you remember everything?" I asked.

"Not really everything..." She told me.

"Ah-eh, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with Ara?" She asked at umiling ako.

"Ara has ahia, achi and Denise, and right now I want to be with you. Baka pag nakita kong mahina si Ara mapatay ko pa yung lalaking yun." I told her. Totoo naman eh. Kaya kong pumatay.

"Dethel Arcuen" she shaid kaya naptingin ako sakaniya.

"His name..." sagot niya sa sanang itatanomg ko na 'huh' or 'ano'

"He's 13 years old also a seventh grader like Ara... meron siyang fiancée, si Tharialine Irene Chamira Sarion. Let's say Sarion likes Dethel. But Dethel liked Ara but she didn't like him back..." She explained. Napatango nalang ako. Magbabayad pa rin sila.

"A-Ah... Alex, okay naman ako eh, puntahan nalang natin si Ara." She told me kaya inalalayan ko siya sa pagtayo at nagpunta kami sa kwarto ni Ara. When we entered, I saw kuya sitting, Denise sleeping, and ate, texting. Tsk. Di man binantayan ang pinsan ko.

"Dito muna ako sa labas" sabi ni Karmela kaya tumango ako at pumasok sa loob and sat beside Ara. Hinaplos ko ang mukha niya. She looks so pale... my dear cousin... my poor cousin.

Ara... please wake up.

Karmela's POV

I stopped a kid from entering.

"W-Why can't I go in? M-My bestfriend is there..." sabi niya she looked nerdy. I pulled her to a chair beside the room.

"Tharialine, right?" I asked at tumango siya.

"You can't go in yet... your bestfriend's cousin is there... you wouldn't want to see his wrath." I told her.
