Once upon a time, a long time ago, there lived a handsome and rich prince: Prince Travis. He lived in a ginormous castle, filled with the most expensive and high class furniture, and the most beautiful and high class women.

He would have fancy balls, where they would dance all night until the sun rose over the hills, painting them orange and red. Prince Travis was what some people would call a "pervert", he was very into occasionally glancing at women's rear ends, (aka, he stared at butts).

Although, the women really didn't mind as he was the most handsome man, any woman could ever come across, he had white silky hair that hung over his left eye sometimes, he had tan skin, a chiseled jaw line and bright luminous green eyes, that any woman would swoon over. To put it any simpler, the man was hot, and he knew it.

One night, the Prince was having a ball, the terrible storm outside didn't bother any attendants, and they all danced away, then they all sat down to feast, Prince Travis tapped his glass and cleared his throat as everyone went silent, he announced with a dashing smile, "I would like to make a toast," Everyone grabbed their glasses and Prince Travis said "To a wonderful feast!" Everyone spoke up, "To a wonderful f-" A loud knock interrupted the women. The door opened slightly letting in a gasp of cold wind, there stood a frail old woman hunched over and draped in a dirty brown cloth.

Travis, very confused, walked up to the old lady, as she said in a croaky voice, " I seek shelter from the storm, I offer you this, for the night..." She held out her bony and wrinkly hand, shivering from the cruel weather, in it was a single red rose, the colour of blood.

The Prince scoffed at the old woman's ragged appearance, and turned his nose up at her offering and burst out laughing, the women laughed with him, " Be gone you ugly old hag! He hissed, swishing his hand as if to push her away.

But the woman didn't budge, she just tutted: a bright light erupted from under the woman's cloak, she hovered in the air, the piece of cloth draped around her shoulders disappeared, to reveal a beautiful enchantress, golden flowing locks, a white robe waving in the wind, and bright blue eyes that pierced through your soul.

"I am disgusted by your cruelty, I have seen that there is no kindness in your heart," She swished her wand, the princes eyes widened as his fingers started turning grey, it flowed up his arms, his chest, his legs, until his full body was the colour of shadows. The women rushed out, ailing and crying, not one went to help the poor prince.

The Prince shrieked, a long tail sprouted from behind him, groaning in pain, large, twisted horns appeared on his head, the enchantress spoke once again, " You will remain as a beast until you learn to love someone, and they learn to love you back, you have as long as it takes for all the petals to fall from the rose, if you do not find love, before your time is up, you will eternally remain as a beast, until the day you die." And with that, she disappeared.

Travis was left with only his castle staff, laying on the ground, tears streaming down his face.
