The first mental illness I would like to talk about is SPD. recently one of you reached out to me, I understand you would like to remain anonymous so I will not be giving out your name. SPD also known as sensory perception disorder can often be diagnosed as ADHD although they are not the same thing, people with SPD are very sensitive to either touch taste bright lights or loud sounds, many people with SPD are autistic although not all of them are. Usually crowds can trigger a panic attack or anxiety, please anybody who has this talk about it. ask your doctor about the symptoms if you think you may have it
