SURPRISE (Chapter 14)

"Well Camila I'm glad you said yes to having Coffee with me."

"No problem I don't really have much adult friends. I got married at 18 and I was with the same person for 10 years."

"WOW! Married at 18 really?"

"Yup it was a rough at first. But it was really love at first sight. I never had someone love me like that so strong so pure it was great."

"Do you miss it? Being married I mean?"

"Of course being a wife was great I just wasn't a great wife that's all. I should have told the truth more than I should have."

"Camila are you still in love with him?"

Camila gave Toshi a hard look then started laughing so hard coffee almost came out her nose.

"I probably should have told you that I was married to a woman I had a wife."

Now it was Toshi's turn to be shocked.

"Oh wow! Oh my gosh. Wow this is awkward now. Cause I don't have a vagina no wonder you didn't wanna go out on a date with me."

"Don't worry she didn't either."

Camila took a minute sip of her coffee letting Toshi remain confused at her statement.

"Well can I at least know how you guys broke up."

"I don't really tell much people. But maybe you can be the deal breaker. She wanted more kids especially a son so I took some pregnancy test and I found out I was pregnant."

"That sounds like a great thing."

"You'd think I was pregnant for a month and didn't tell her cause I didn't want kids right away I wanted to wait I just wasn't ready for another baby right now. So I planned to get an abortion...I just planned one without telling her and the clinic called to confirm my about but she answered the phone instead of me and we got divorced the next day."

"Wow that's terrible but it's your fault. I understand why she left you I truly do. If I had a wife and she did that to me I'd be pissed off."

"I know I'm a terrible person. I mean I think we're trying to fix it but she hates counseling. We tried it and things went left and she left. And I went to my doctor and turns out I was never pregnant."

"GOOD! Well maybe not good but maybe you guys can work things out."

"I haven't told her yet cause she's away with some friends now. She'll be back tomorrow so I can tell her tomorrow and see how she takes everything. I doubt she'll take it well."

"She probably won't."

"I'll take that risk. You wanna go back to my place now I have some leftover Lasagna."

"Hey I don't turn down free food."

Back to the camp site...

"Becky we gotta calm down. We've had sex everyday since we got here."

"We just got divorced like a month ago ten years of love isn't gonna go away that easy. Yes I still love her yes I wanna just be with her yes I wanna just fuck her into a mattress. I want to be with my wife and daughter cuddling on the bed watching some Barbie movie I don't give two fucks about."

"Then why are you here?"

"I...I don't know."

"Well that's why I'm here. I can take your mind of things and if anything happens and for any reason you guys don't work out I'll be here."

As Normani packed her bags she told Blair and her other friends goodbye. She pulled Becky to the back of her Range Rover and gave her one last goodbye kiss. The drive back home was 2 hours so she stopped by the boutique and picked up some flowers for Camila. And a new dresses for Imani. She made sure to stop by her condo first and take a shower and change from smelling like the outdoors. She put on a nice polo and some ripped jeans and did her hair.

When she pulled up to the house she saw a car she didn't recognize in the driveway. She didn't let it bother her tho knocked on the house door she got the biggest shock of her life.

"Um hey can I help you?"

Wow 3 chapters within 4 days I'm in a roll 😂. Now question time should I do long chapters where those would be around 4K-5k or longer which would take longer to update probably an update every 2 weeks. OR I could do shorter chapters which is 1k-3k and those I can do weekly. Cause this book will now be longer than I thought wayyyy longer cause the ideas are rolling in 😂😂.
