Like always, this story wasn't just me.. This chapter was actually created by my author in crime @poeticallycreative so thank her!! Anyways, here's chapter 5!
Riley POV~
"This some ole complete and utter bullshit," I mumble, looking around. "We ain't got shit to do and it's hot as fuck out here."
Huey continues walking off.
"Aye! where you goin nigga!?"
"Somewhere other than here," he responds walking down the street.
Jada sits down beside me on the porch. She sighs,
"Where do you think he went off to?"
"Ion know or care but I'm finna go find a court to play basketball," I say standing up.
"But Riley, you don't even know how to play basketball."
"Now you being a hater too?" I asked getting upset.
Me and Jada always get along. I love her more than Huey McHater. Anytime I've ever needed advice, besides from my mom, Jada was the one I'd talk to.
"No, I'm saying that you've never even played on an actual court and you don't even have a basketball for starters," She points out.
The front door swings open. That old bastard throws an object at me, hitting me in the head.
"Owe! What the hell was that?" I question looking at the old man crazy.
"A basketball, now get the hell off my porch and go play," he slams the door.
I sigh,
"You gon be ok Jay?"
"Yea I'll be aight, go."
"Aight, see you later," I say walking off.
As I reach the court, I see nobody there.
I dribble the ball then shoot it at the goal. It hits the rim then hits back at me,
"Shit!" I fall.
"Damn, you really suck ass at this!" A white girl with two long blonde braids teases as she walks up to me.
"Oh and yo ass can do any better?" I smirk, cutting my eyes at her.
"Bet," she smirks taking the ball from me.
My eyes grew wide in shock as she throws the ball in, making the perfect shot.
"Damn! For a white girl you sho can ball."
"Nigga please! I'm better than half these niggas that live around here!" She says going for a dunk. It makes a swoosh sound before going in, "Das how you ball biatch!" she dances around the court.
I watch her as she dances. She's kinda cute and I like her attitude. She's not like the other girls back at the palace. She's different like a G and I dig it.
"So what's yo name?" I ask as she throws the ball back to me.
"The names Cindy McPherson, but my niggas call my C-Murder, ya dig?"
"Yea, my name is Riley."
"Got a nick name?" She asks.
"No," I respond
"Well I'm gon call you Reezy, aight?"
I laugh, "yea it's coo,"
"Up next we have Cindy McPhearson!" I say into my hands, pretending it's a microphone. She grabs the Ball,
"Cindy! Cindy! Cindy!" I fake chant.
She laughs then shoots the ball successfully making it in.
"And the crowd goes wild!" I laugh picking her up. As we're both hysterically laughin a black limo pulls up. I put her down.
"Wassup C, you still rolling with us?" A man with red-brownish hair asks rolling down the window.
"Hell yea, I'm down!" she looks at me, "Yo Reezy you comin?"
"Who are they?" I ask checking out the limo,
"These my niggas Ed and Rummy," She answers getting into the limo.
I look back at them,
"Ok, If it's aight?"
A white guy with a white, red, and blue rag lets down his window. He looks me up and down,
"Yea come on," he rushes.
I get in the limo and the driver speeds off.
This coo, I think I can get used to this. Cindy is fine as hell and her niggas cool as fuck. Woodcrest ain't so bad. I sit back relaxing, putting my arm over Cindy.
