Chapter 2~

Gray POV

It was misty and dark as we headed in. Soon I saw Scarlet poofed up a yellow orb that gave us light. "You're a wizard?" I asked. She just nodded. She leads us to a hill that had staircases to go up. As we headed up the air was somehow getting thinner, harder for us to breathe. As we got to the top we saw many lavender orchids. Scarlet hurriedly picked a flower and sealed it into an orb to keep it fresh. "Next ingredient will be sugar..." she said heading back down. "Alrighty," I replied. After that, we went back to the guild. "Gray before you go up please bring me a bowl to mix the medicine and a glass of warm water please." Scarlet requested and headed up. I went to Mira and asked for the stuff needed and thanked her.
I went up and saw Wendy healing Luna. "Hurry give them to me please." Scarlet ordered. I passed the supplies needed. She put the warm water in the bowl. Then picked the stem off the flower, having the orchid floating on the water. And finally, she sprinkled sugar on the medicine. The flower glowed golden around the room. After that attraction, the flower became a small piece of candy. "Gray please get me a cold glass of water..." She requested. "Sure thing," I said and went to Mira for a glass of cold water. I went back and saw Scarlet sitting next to Luna. "Thank you." She said taking the cup from my hands as I felt a spark... She fed Luna the little flower and Luna woke up. "Scarlet? Where are we?" Luna asked. Slowly sitting up. "Here drink this." Scarlet handed Luna the glass of water. "Thanks." Luna drank the glass of water.
Luna saw me. "Who's he?" Luna asked pointing at me. "The one who helped me to find the lavender orchid to wake you up," Scarlet said looking gratefully at me. "Hi I'm Gray," I said taking out my hand to shake hers. "Luna." She said shaking my hand. Luna struggles to stand, Scarlet quickly aided Luna. "Luna rest more, you cant even walk," Scarlet recommended. "Where are we?" Luna asked. "In a guild, a good one. Now rest." Scarlet tucked Luna in. Luna nodded and closed her eyes. Scarlet and I walked out. "Ya know your like a mother to her right?" I said. "Yeah I care about my only sibling left..." She said. "Only sibling left?" I asked. "Yea our village was burned by a group of mages. A pink hair guy, a blonde girl, and a blue exceed." She said walking over to the balcony. 'Oh no.' I thought. Scarlet saw the group of mages. She stood there shocked. "Scarlet are you talking about them?" I asked. "May you tell me their names." She ordered. "Pink guy is Natsu, blonde is Lucy, and the blue cat is Happy," I said having regrets. I saw her clenching her fists.

Scarlet POV

'Natsu, Lucy, and Happy... I will avenge them for my family.' I thought to myself. Natsu saw us. He smiled and ran over to us. I quickly let go of my grip. "Looks like your feeling better." Natsu said cheerfully. "Natsu now's not a good time..." Gray said. "Why not Ice Freak?" Natsu shouted. "I'll talk to you about it later." Gray having a hand on my shoulder, I took mine and holded his hands and nodded and went downstairs. I went to the bar and sat. A little girl with navy blue pig tails came over to me. "Hey there. Are you okay?" She asked. "Oh Wendy how rude of you not to introduce yourself first." A white exceed flying over. "Oh, let's start over! Hi I'm Wendy!" She said holding her hand out to shake. "Scarlet." I took my hand and shook hers. "And I'm Charle." The white exceed said. "Charle~" Happy came flying over. "Do you want my fish?" He asked. "No you dimwit." She replied. "WHAAAA WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN!!!" Happy flew away. I giggled softly. "How nice to see you smile!" A white haired maiden came behind me. "I'm Mira!" She said cleaning a glass of cup. I saw a chair flying over to Wendy, thanks to my training I went in front of Wendy and caught the chair. "Eh?" Wendy was surprised that the chair didn't hit her. "My, my..." Mira said behind Wendy. "Who threw it?" I boomed throughout the guild. "Eheheheheh.... It was me..." Natsu raised his hand. "Wendy are you okay?" I asked her. "Yeah I'm fine thanks but, I should be asking you." She said. "I'm fine." I lied, I feel like my wrist is going to bruise up but I'll survive. "Scarlet may you see me in the infirmary?" Gray asked. I nodded. When we got there Gray bursted out "Let me see your hands." I put them behind my back. Gray quickly grabbed my wrist, I winced in pain. "Sorry. Here come sit so I can tend to it." He said, I just nodded. Wendy bursted open the door. "I'm so sorry!" Wendy put her hands over her mouth. "I'll be fine!-" I got interrupted. "Let me help!" Wendy offered, she quickly ran over that I couldn't say anything. Her hands were glowing and hovered over my wrists. After that session Gray bandaged it up in case if it gets swollen. "Hey you feelin' better?" Natsu knocked at the door. "Yeah..." I said touching my wrists. We were alone in the room before I knew it. "I'm sorry..." He apologized. "Huh?" I turned around. "I'm really sorry for what we've done to your home. I-I didn't even know. Our client was really suspicious he didn't tell us why, w-we just did it for the money that was given which was really high-" He got interrupted. "I'm sorry too." Lucy said, coming in with Happy. Happy had a guilty face but didn't say anything. "We're sorry for the many that were killed in the village. We understand that you won't forgive us at al-" Lucy got cut off.
