6. Enzo

Enzo knew that she fell asleep, but didn't leave gently, he rested her against the pillows.

    "I see she's fallen asleep again." Damon said from the doorway.

     "Is she alright." Damon asked in a bored voice.

Enzo knew that under that was the real Damon, and that he was worried for her. Just like everyone else was.

      "She's fine mate." Enzo told him as they left the room and closed the door.

       "How did this happen to her Enzo?" Damon asked quietly.

Enzo sighed and said.

        "She was letting a vampire feed from her and something happened that I don't understand."

Damon stopped walking and said.

          "Well what do you mean. The vampire that was feeding from her seemed normal right?"

           "Damon. They were both were glowing. You know, with Emily's magic." Enzo told him.

           "How though? And why?" Damon asked.

           "I don't know, but Emily said that she saw his memories when it was happening." Enzo replied.

          "Does she remember glowing or anything else besides the memories?" Damon asked, walking again.

           "She didn't say." Enzo told him.

Enzo and Damon went down the stairs and went into the parlor where everyone else was waiting. Damon went and made himself a drink.

           "How is she?" Elena and Caroline said in union.

Enzo sighed and looked at them. Finally Damon answered.

           "She's fine, just a bit tired." Damon said to them.

          "Oh thank god!" Caroline exclaimed loudly.

She then proceed to fall back into a chair.

         "I'm fine too gorgeous." Enzo said while sipping from his drink.

Caroline just glared at him while he smirked. Out of no where, Emily appeared.

        "Hey guys she said quietly.

        "How are you Caroline asked.

        "I'm okay." she said tiredly.

         "Here, why don't you sit down," Stefan said.

Offering her a chair.

         "Thanks." she mumbled.

         "Would you like something to eat Emily?" Caroline asked.

         "Some soup please." she said shyly.

          "Leave her alone, Caroline," Damon started, "she doesn't like all this attention remember."

Caroline face palmed herself and said.

          "Sorry, forgot!"

         "It's okay." Emily said quietly.

         "I'll go make you some soup, okay." Caroline said.

leaving the room.  Emily smiled and looked at Damon as if saying thank you and Damon nodded in reply.  "So what happened exactly?" Elena asked slowly.
