Elena walks over to the fort desk "Moring i hear your moving" April said Elena smiles. "Bonnie or was it Matt that told you" Elena asked "Matt he was just so happy" April tells Elena. "I am two who am i seeing next" Elena asked that is when April's smile feel "Niklaus Mikaelson" Aril says Elena's hart stopped she just coudn't bealive that Klaus was back after all this time.
Elena turns and looks at Klaus and Finn Klaus smiled when he saw her Elena didn't know what to think about him being back in town she puts on a fake smile and she gave Finn a look saying how the hell didn't you tell me. "Right this way" Elena tells him Finn stays where he is Klaus and Elena go to her doctor office Elena sits down in her seat at her table and Klaus sits down in he chair in fort of the table.
"What seems to be the matter" Elena asked she was not going to act like she wanted she wants to tell at him she is worried that he will find out about Carly not being Matt's and she was not want that. "My head hurts feels painfull" he lies Elena shakes her head she can always tell when he is lying "Klaus what is the real reason your here I have people who are actually sick" Elena tells him.
"I wanted to see you I have missed you what I did to you I hate what I did to you Lena I still love you can't you forgive me" Klaus says to her Elena looks at him not sure what to think. "Okay is that all" Elena asked him he looked at her he was thinking to himself is that all she had to say she has to still love me back. "Elena I love you" Klaus tells her again "I heard you I don't love you I have a boyfriend now you should go" Elena tells him as soon as she said them words to her that hurt Klaus she did not love him anymore and she is with someone else he looks on her desk and sees a photo of her Matt and a little girl.

That was when Klaus new that Elena had moved on him him that is is with Matt Donovan the same guy who dated his sister and that Elena and Matt have a daughter together but Klaus did not care about that he was going to get her Elena back and even be step-daddy to Elena's daughter Klaus left the office.
Matt is at home with Carly he was at work when he got a phone call saying that she was sick she is asleep in her room Matt hates seeing her like that he feels like there is nothing he can do to stop her pain. Matt is in the kitchen putting cups and plates away when there was a knock at the door Matt walks out of the kitchen and he walks to the fort door he opens the door and sees Rebekah Mikaelaon.
"What do you want" Matt asked not knowing why she is here and for her to go away "I just came to tell you something Klaus is back in town and he wants Elena back and I don't want Klaus and Elena back together you two are good together" Rebekah tells him. Matt didn't know that Rebekah could go against her brother like that "Okay thanks Rebekah is that all" he asked her Rebekah smiled "No is Elena's daughter my brother's" she asked she just wanted to know this made Matt angry he did not like how she can just ask something like that. When this is his family no one else's "She is my daughter mine and Elena's" Matt tells Rebekah before he shuts the door.
Meanwhile Klaus and Finn just got home Elijah is sitting on the couch with his girlfriend Gia they were kissing "Elijah come brother your going to help me win Elena back" Klaus said to his brother "No brother leave Elena be move on she has do no ruin that family" Elijah tells him. Gia stands up and you can tell that she is pregnant she is about six months pregnant Elijah and Gia go to their room.
Klaus walks to his room he lays on his bed and he just starts to think about him and Elena and how much he wished he could turn back time and stop himself for cheating on Elena with Caroline Elana would still be his they would be married by now and have a little family of their own. He messed up he ruined the one good thing in his life he was going to get her back he needs her he loves and Klaus will do anything to make Elana his once again.
That afternoon Elena got home she walked into the living room and sees Carly and Matt both asleep on the couch Elean grabs a blanket and puts it over them and smiles this is the life that she has and she loves it she does not want to be with Klaus she also new that he would not stop. Elena didn't want to call her even if she knows that this person would drop anything for her as they are family and will do anything for each other this person is Elena's twin sister.
